Xinzhou Housing Prefabricated Component Molds

Admin September 17, 2026

Xinzhou housing prefabricated component molds, with high precision and reusability as their core features, are the key guarantee for the forming quality of concrete components. Their technical characteristics and production specifications can be analyzed from the following aspects:

1. Precision of materials and processing techniques
Xinzhou housing prefabricated component molds mainly use high-rigidity steel as the base material. Through CNC milling, millimeter-level precision control of the inner cavity dimensions is achieved. This processing method ensures minimal flatness and angular deviations on the mold surface. For example, the dimensional tolerance of the inner cavity is usually controlled within ±0.5 millimeters, far exceeding the precision standards of traditional wooden molds or simple steel molds. The use of high-rigidity steel not only enhances the mold's resistance to deformation but also extends its service life, allowing for hundreds of reuses.

2. Systematic precision control system
Mold engineering is regarded as the foundational link for component precision control in Xinzhou's production system. Its design must strictly match the geometric parameters of the concrete components, including requirements for dimensions, shapes, and surface roughness. For instance, the corners of the mold's inner cavity need to be chamfered or rounded to avoid stress concentration and prevent cracks during concrete demolding. Additionally, the mold's positioning system (such as bolt holes and positioning pins) must precisely align with the production line equipment to ensure a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.2 millimeters during each installation.

3. Standardized use and maintenance
After each use, the mold must undergo cleanliness and integrity checks, focusing on removing concrete residues, rust, and deformation marks. The cleaning process typically involves high-pressure water jet flushing combined with manual scraping to ensure no residues affect the next forming quality. Integrity checks cover issues such as mold surface wear, loose connectors, and aging seals. For example, if the surface wear exceeds 0.3 millimeters, immediate repair or replacement is required. This strict maintenance process effectively prevents error accumulation and ensures long-term precision stability.

4. Direct impact on concrete forming quality
The precision of the mold directly determines the basic boundaries of the concrete component. For example, dimensional deviations in the inner cavity can lead to discrepancies between the actual and designed dimensions of the component, affecting the node connections in prefabricated buildings. Excessive surface roughness can cause honeycombing and pitting on the concrete surface, reducing structural durability. Therefore, Xinzhou's production specifications explicitly require that mold engineering must pass three levels of inspection: first-article inspection, in-process sampling inspection, and finished product full inspection, ensuring that the dimensional pass rate of each batch of components reaches over 99.5%.
