Xinzhou Craft Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

Xinzhou craft mobile toilets are mainly divided into prefabricated mobile toilets and eco-friendly mobile toilets, with the following process characteristics:

Prefabricated Mobile Toilets

  • Prefabrication and Integrated Installation of the Main Body: The prefabrication of the main structure and key components is completed in the factory, including the welding of the main frame, the assembly of wall and roof panels, and the integrated installation of internal sanitary fixtures and pipelines. Internal integrated processing is a crucial step, where systems such as water supply, sewage discharge, ventilation, and lighting are pre-installed within the structural frame to form a fully functional unit, facilitating rapid on-site assembly.
  • Diverse Sewage Discharge Methods: Depending on the usage scenario, various sewage discharge types are provided, including water flushing, vacuum suction, and biodegradation. For example, water flushing is suitable for areas with a water source and well-established sewage discharge conditions, while biodegradation is more appropriate for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive regions.
  • Optimized Environmental Adaptability: Walls and roofs undergo insulation, moisture-proofing, or corrosion-resistant treatments. For instance, the surface of steel structural frames is painted with anti-corrosion paint, and wall panels are made of weather-resistant materials to ensure the long-term stable use of mobile toilets under different climatic conditions (such as high temperatures, high humidity, and severe cold).

Eco-Friendly Mobile Toilets

  • Modular Design and Microbial Degradation Technology: The main structure adopts a steel structural frame, equipped with a microbial degradation treatment system to achieve on-site harmless treatment of excreta, reducing reliance on traditional sewage discharge networks and making it suitable for scenic spots, temporary events, and other scenarios.
  • Corrosion Resistance and Stability of Steel Structures: The frame system uses national standard Q235B steel, connected through full-welding processes to form a stable system. After sandblasting and rust removal, the steel structure is painted with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and the top coat uses outdoor-specific fluorocarbon paint, ensuring a 15-year anti-corrosion effect and extending the service life.
  • Wall and Roof Systems: The exterior wall uses 50mm-thick polyurethane sandwich color steel plates, while the interior wall is made of 3mm-thick antibacterial aluminum-plastic panels, balancing insulation and hygiene needs. The roof features an antique-style design with a 15° slope, equipped with an internal gutter + PVC downspout system for effective drainage and leak prevention.
  • Detailed Ground System Processing: The toilet floor uses 20mm-thick polymer anti-slip flooring, with hot-melt welding at the joints to prevent seepage. The toilet bowl area is equipped with ceramic squat pans, surrounded by a 10mm-high water-retaining edge. The floor slopes towards the drain (with a slope of 2‰), and the drain is equipped with an odor-proof trap to ensure comfort and hygiene during use.
