Installation of a Single Mobile Toilet in Xinjiang

Admin September 27, 2026

The installation of a single mobile toilet in Xinjiang involves seven key steps: foundation treatment, modular component assembly, pipeline system connection, sealing and waterproofing, functional unit expansion, ecological disturbance control, and acceptance testing.

Foundation treatment is the basis of installation, requiring adjustments to the construction plan based on geological conditions. In sandy soil areas, a combination of concrete bases and ground anchors is used to prevent structural displacement; in permafrost zones, the foundation depth is increased to avoid instability caused by freeze-thaw cycles. In some scenarios, a suspended foundation is employed, using adjustable steel supports directly placed on the ground surface without excavation. The supports are equipped with enlarged load-bearing plates at the bottom to distribute pressure and prevent excessive ground compaction.

Modular component assembly is the core step. The toilet structure is broken down into standardized components such as walls, roofs, and bases, with major manufacturing processes completed in the factory. The components are equipped with uniformly sized connection interfaces, featuring snap-fit or bolt-on fastening designs, allowing for on-site assembly akin to putting together large building blocks. Color steel plate assembly employs hidden fastening technology, with wall panels connected via internal slots and external seams sealed with adhesive strips for waterproofing; roof panels are slightly arched to enhance load-bearing capacity and direct rain and snow runoff.

Pipeline system connection adopts a split design, with sewage, ventilation, and water supply pipelines prefabricated as independent modules in the factory, requiring only interface connections on-site. The pipeline material is high-density polyethylene to prevent interface leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term stable system operation.

Sealing and waterproofing are crucial for adapting to Xinjiang's large temperature variations between day and night. Joints are filled with closed-cell foam sealing strips and covered with weather-resistant sealant layers, forming a dual composite seal; the sealing material is modified silicone rubber with high low-temperature elastic retention, ensuring flexibility and preventing cracking and leakage even in severe winter conditions.

Functional unit expansion reflects the flexibility of modular design. Functional units can be added or removed according to usage needs, such as adding baby care rooms or barrier-free facilities. Standardized interface sizes support the same foundational structure serving different scenarios, meeting diverse demands.

Ecological disturbance control is implemented throughout the construction process. Construction machinery is restricted to specific routes to avoid crushing vegetation; on-site concrete mixing is avoided, with all prefabricated components assembled directly upon arrival, reducing damage to surface vegetation and complying with environmental protection requirements.

Acceptance testing is the final step of installation. After installation, multi-functional acceptance tests including power-on and waterproofing are conducted to ensure safety; customers can conduct their own tests on dimensions such as waterproofing, power-on, and material thickness to ensure smooth delivery.
