3. Winning Bid Information for Procurement Projects

4. Supplementary Explanation of Smart Public Toilets
Five smart public toilets have been constructed in the following locations in Chengxi District, Xining: Jiaotong South Lane, Yanhu Lane, Haihu Square Juyuan Road, Baishatan Park, and the entrance to the morning market at the intersection of Wusi West Road and Shengchang Road. Among them, the public toilet in Jiaotong South Lane is open 24 hours a day, while the one in Yanhu Lane is temporarily out of service due to construction. The remaining public toilets will be open 24 hours a day in the future. It should be noted that smart public toilets are usually fixed buildings, differing from the temporary and movable characteristics of mobile toilets, and therefore may not fall within the scope of mobile toilets. If you need to confirm their nature, it is recommended to contact the sanitation department in Chengxi District for verification.

Summary: Mobile toilets in Xining are mainly distributed at sales points, urban management and sanitation storage facilities, and pending deployment projects. Specific locations need to be further inquired about with relevant departments or enterprises based on their intended use (purchase, event use, or long-term deployment). Although smart public toilets provide public convenience, they may not be included in the scope of mobile toilets.
