Xingtai Prefabricated Assembled Housing
Xingtai has made remarkable progress in the development of prefabricated assembled housing, covering multiple areas such as rural regions, urban areas, and market products.

Development of Assembled Rural Houses in Rural Areas
Xingtai actively explores pilot projects for "assembled rural houses." In 2025, 1,049 new demonstration households of assembled rural houses will be added, ranking third in the province. Assembled rural houses adopt industrial production, modular assembly, and the integration of green technologies. The main structure is built using prefabricated components and parts or assembled using construction methods such as formwork-free and non-demolition formwork. For example, the assembled rural house of Qu Liangbin in Xiwang Village, Renze District, has an exterior wall composed of a composite of prefabricated concrete wall panels, insulation layers, and decorative layers. Its thermal conductivity is more than 40% lower than that of traditional brick walls, reducing winter heating energy consumption by 30%-50% and summer air conditioning load by more than 20%. In terms of policy support, Hebei Province launched the fourth batch of assembled rural house construction pilot projects in 2025, with 289 rural households in Xingtai selected. Combined with the municipal policy of "a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan per household," the cost of building houses for farmers has been reduced. For instance, the assembled rural house of villager Wang Xiulian in Donghu Village, Qiaoxi District, with an area of 120 square meters, has a construction cost of about 150,000 yuan. After the government subsidy, she only needs to pay 130,000 yuan, which is 20,000 yuan cheaper than a traditional brick-and-concrete house, and the construction period is only 45 days, much shorter than the nearly half a year required for traditional house construction. In addition, Xingtai has introduced three local prefabricated construction enterprises to achieve standardized production of rural house components, allowing farmers to simply "choose a house type, pay a deposit, and wait to move in." The Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has also carried out skills training, having trained more than 3,000 "assembled rural house" construction craftsmen as of the relevant time, and continues to carry out training and certification work.
Promotion of Assembled Buildings in Urban Areas
Xingtai City regards the development of assembled buildings as an important focus for the construction industry to practice the concept of green development. As of the relevant time, a cumulative total of more than 15 million square meters of assembled buildings have been promoted in urban areas. Taking the Guoyu Qiannian project as an example, the construction site uses prefabricated exterior wall panels, prefabricated interior wall panels, prefabricated composite slabs, prefabricated stairs, and other prefabricated building components. Workers assemble them like "building blocks," achieving a 30% reduction in construction time, a more than 40% reduction in on-site labor, and a significant reduction in construction waste and dust pollution generated during the construction process.
Prefabricated Assembled Housing Products on the Market
There are also various types of prefabricated assembled housing products on the market. For example, Fanglin Prefabricated Packing Houses in Xingtai, Hebei, are container houses used on construction sites. They are simple and quick to assemble and can be customized according to drawings, priced at 4,500.00 yuan per set. Fengchuan Custom Modular Packing Container Offices and Assembled Container Dormitories are priced at 5,600.00 yuan per piece. Dingshun New-type Assembled Prefabricated Houses, which are villa-style cement mobile houses with thermal insulation, can have their number of floors customized and are priced at 300.00 yuan per square meter.
