Xingtai Mobile Toilet Design
The design of mobile toilets in Xingtai features customization, diverse functions, environmental friendliness, and convenience, as detailed below:

I. Customized Design
The design team can flexibly adjust the appearance and internal layout according to customer needs, including toilet style, dimensions, and the number of toilet compartments. For example, the standard dimensions of toilet compartments are 1.2×1.4 meters, while those of management rooms and third toilets (for the disabled) are 2×2 meters. However, all dimensions can be customized based on site conditions. Additionally, compartment functions can be selected as needed, covering toilets, shower rooms, management rooms, and third toilets, with support for customization of other functional rooms.
II. Applicable Scenarios and Fecal Treatment
Suitable for diverse environments such as schools, scenic spots, and mining areas, these toilets can be deployed in both water-available and waterless regions, as well as in hot or cold climates. There are various fecal treatment methods, including ordinary water flushing, high-pressure water flushing, circulating water flushing, vacuum suction, foam sealing, and dry packing, ensuring hygiene needs in different environments. For example, waterless areas can adopt dry packing or foam sealing technology, while cold regions ensure user experience through thickened insulation layers and heating equipment.
III. Materials and Environmental Friendliness
The main frame is made of galvanized steel pipes (e.g., an 80×80×3.5 mm main frame) to ensure structural stability. The exterior wall cladding is selected from aluminum-plastic panels, metal carved panels, or hollow tempered glass, combining fire resistance with aesthetics. The floor uses non-slip aluminum plates or tiles to enhance safety. All materials comply with environmental standards, with the exterior and interior walls filled with 50 mm B-grade fire-resistant extruded polystyrene boards and the roof using aluminum ceiling integrated panels, emphasizing green sustainability in the overall design.
IV. Functional Configuration and User-Friendly Design
Standard configurations include ventilation fans, lighting, squat toilets (ceramic or stainless steel), safety handrails, occupancy displays, etc., with support for adding water storage tanks, septic tanks, or solar equipment. Cold regions can have thickened insulation layers and heating systems, while areas without electricity can be powered by solar energy. The signage system is comprehensive, covering entrance signs, toilet compartment indicators, directional signs, and civilized promotion signs, supporting both Chinese and English to ensure clear and readable information.
V. Mobility and Installation Convenience
Mobile toilets are lightweight and feature a modular design, supporting hoisting transportation and rapid installation, suitable for both temporary and long-term deployment needs. Their flexibility allows them to adjust positions according to site changes while maintaining harmony with the surrounding environment, such as by customizing their appearance to blend into scenic spots or community styles.
