Xing'an Color Steel Plate Mobile Toilet
The Xing'an color steel plate mobile toilet is a mobile toilet that provides flexible and environmentally friendly solutions for communities, parks, scenic spots, construction sites, and other scenarios through modular design and lightweight materials. The following is an introduction from aspects such as structure, function, installation and maintenance, performance advantages, and extended configurations:

Structure and Materials
The main frame adopts galvanized steel pipe welding technology to ensure structural stability. The outer layer is covered with 0.5 - 0.8 mm thick composite color steel plates, which are composed of two layers of metal plates and an intermediate polyurethane foam layer. This material combines anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties. Moreover, the polyurethane foam layer blocks the diffusion of odors through a closed-cell structure while enhancing thermal insulation performance (the indoor temperature in winter is 5 - 8℃ higher than the outside). The sliding door track is made of stainless steel and has undergone 50,000 opening and closing tests without deformation, solving the problem of loose traditional hinge doors.
Functional Design
It is equipped with an independent squat toilet or sit toilet inside and is connected to a septic tank through a gravity self-flow sewage discharge system. Some models can be connected to the municipal sewage network. The sliding door design reduces space occupation. With an outer dimension of 1100mm, it is compatible with most transportation vehicles, facilitating overall lifting and relocation. The basic model meets basic needs, but users can choose extended configurations according to the scenario, such as adding a powerful exhaust fan to improve ventilation efficiency or installing solar panels for off-grid power supply. The modular design also allows multiple units to be combined to form a toilet cluster to meet the instantaneous pedestrian flow needs of large-scale events.
Installation and Maintenance
During installation, only a flat ground is required, and the anchor bolts are fixed. After connecting to a 220V power supply (for lighting and ventilation), it can be put into use without civil engineering construction. Daily maintenance only requires regular cleaning of the septic tank (every 3 - 6 months, depending on the frequency of use). The surface of the color steel plate can be wiped with a neutral detergent, avoiding the use of strong acids and alkalis that may corrode the material. Its 8-year service life benefits from the thickened material and anti-rust treatment. Compared with traditional brick-and-concrete public toilets, the total life cycle cost is reduced by about 40%.
Performance Advantages
Compared with early plastic mobile toilets, the color steel plate model has significantly improved durability. In extreme environment tests such as the Inner Mongolia Grassland Music Festival, it has an anti-wind rating of Level 8 and can still open and close doors normally at -30℃, demonstrating its adaptability to complex climates.
