Xiaonan Street Mobile Toilets
Currently, no specific information has been found regarding the establishment of mobile toilets on the streets of Xiaonan. However, Xiaonan District has implemented some other measures in terms of public facility construction, which are detailed below:

Pet Toilets
Pet toilets have been set up in Xihuqiao Community, Shuyuan Street, Xiaonan District. The primary purpose of establishing these facilities is to address the issue of pet waste disposal within the community and improve its environmental hygiene. The pet toilets are located in high-frequency pet activity areas such as beside greenbelts and along leisure footpaths. This layout takes full account of the daily activity range of pets, making them convenient for use. Additionally, the pet toilets are equipped with pet waste pickup paper, waste pickup bags, and waste disposal pits. The pet waste pickup paper and bags provide convenience for pet owners to clean up after their pets, helping to cultivate civilized pet-keeping habits. The waste disposal pits offer a relatively fixed excretion area for pets, reducing the environmental pollution caused by random pet waste disposal in the community.
Public Toilets
The public toilet at Xiaogan Service Area is located 30 meters southwest of the Xiaogan Service Area on G4 in Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City. Although it does not fall under the category of street mobile toilets, it is still part of the public toilet resources in Xiaonan District. The service area public toilet mainly serves travelers and drivers passing through, meeting their toilet needs during their journeys. Its location within the service area makes it convenient for people to use during activities such as resting, refueling, and dining. Generally, service area public toilets are constructed and maintained according to certain standards to ensure hygiene conditions and the usability of facilities.
If there are plans to set up mobile toilets on the streets of Xiaonan in the future, factors such as pedestrian traffic volume and regional demand may be comprehensively considered. They may be placed in high-traffic street locations such as commercial streets, around parks, and at transportation hubs to better meet the toilet needs of residents and tourists and enhance the city's public service level.
