Xiaogan Outdoor Portable Toilet Rental

The rental prices, usage tips, and selection advice for outdoor portable toilets in Xiaogan are as follows:

I. Rental Prices and Billing Methods

The rental prices for outdoor portable toilets in Xiaogan are typically calculated based on a combination of "duration + quantity + configuration". The daily rental for a basic single-person toilet ranges from approximately 80 to 150 yuan, while a double-person toilet with partitions costs about 120 to 200 yuan per day. The more units rented, the lower the unit price, with discounts of up to 10% available for rentals of 10 or more units. If special configurations are required (such as barrier-free facilities, baby care rooms, or eco-friendly water-saving toilets), prices will increase by 30% to 50%. Some rental companies adopt a deposit model, where the deposit is usually 1.5 times the rental fee and is refunded after the event.

II. Usage Precautions

1. Quantity Planning: Allocate toilets reasonably based on the usage scenario and number of people. Generally, one toilet should be provided for every 50 to 100 people to avoid long queues or sanitation issues due to insufficient quantity.
2. Facility Configuration: Basic models include a flushing system, while some high-end models are equipped with sinks, air fresheners, and tissue holders. For special scenarios (such as baby care or use by disabled individuals), needs should be communicated in advance.
3. Sanitation Assurance: Choose a reputable rental company to ensure regular cleaning services are provided. During the event, you can request increased cleaning frequency to prevent odors and bacterial growth.
4. Installation Location: Toilets should be installed away from water sources (to prevent groundwater contamination), food processing areas (to avoid cross-contamination), and steep slopes (to prevent tipping), ensuring ventilation and safety.

III. Selection Advice for Rental Companies

1. Qualification Verification: Prioritize companies with business licenses and sanitation permits to avoid disputes caused by substandard equipment or inadequate service.
2. Equipment Inspection: Visit the site to check the condition, cleanliness, and functionality of the equipment to avoid renting outdated or damaged toilets.
3. Service Responsiveness: Understand the rental company's capabilities in delivery, installation, maintenance, and emergency response to ensure timely resolution of issues during the event.
4. Contract Terms: Clearly specify the rental period, fees, deposit refund rules, and damage compensation standards in the contract to avoid disputes arising from verbal agreements.

Summary: When renting outdoor portable toilets in Xiaogan, it is essential to consider factors such as price, configuration, sanitation, and service. By planning the quantity reasonably and selecting a reputable company, you can ensure the smooth progress of your event.
