II. New Public Toilet Construction Project in Wushifeng Village, Wushi Town, Xiangtan County

1. Project Scope: The project is located in the original Zhenzhu Primary School courtyard in Douzi Group, Wushifeng Village. It has a total length of 8.36 meters, a total width of 3.86 meters, and consists of 7 compartments. The total project volume shall be settled and reviewed based on actual measurements by the village committee and the village affairs supervision committee.
2. Construction Requirements: Construction must strictly follow construction specifications, drawing requirements, and guidance from the agricultural and rural bureau and the rural revitalization department. Construction materials should have quality certificates, the project quality should reach an excellent level, and safe production and civilized construction must be ensured.
3. Registration Time and Location: The registration period is from January 5, 2023, to 5:00 PM on January 12, 2023. The registration location is the Wushi Town Rural Collective Asset Resource Centralized Trading Center.
4. Registration Requirements: Any unit with corresponding qualifications for construction contracting, good performance, and integrity can register. A series of relevant qualification certificates and copies are required.
5. Bid Submission Time and Location: The bid submission time will be notified to qualified bidders by the tenderer regarding the bid opening date. The bid submission location is the fourth-floor conference room of the Wushi Town Government.
