Xiangcheng Prefabricated Assembly Housing
There are mainly two types of prefabricated assembly housing in Xiangcheng: Xiangcheng Ant Construction and Henan New-style Prefabricated Houses, each with its own characteristics.

Xiangcheng Ant Construction
Founded in 2021, Xiangcheng Ant Construction is a technology-based enterprise focusing on rural construction and decoration projects. Its core businesses are extensive, covering rural prefabricated self-built houses, new rural reconstruction, factory buildings, storefronts, greenhouse construction, and the supply of lightweight building materials. It can provide one-stop construction and decoration services from design and construction to fine decoration. In terms of technology, it has mastered modular construction techniques and patented technology for thermal insulation stone exterior walls. It uses reinforced concrete integral pouring with built-in thermal insulation layers, making the houses warm in winter and cool in summer, energy-efficient, and earthquake-resistant. In the field of steel-frame structure construction, it employs prefabricated integral pouring techniques combined with new environmentally friendly lightweight building materials, resulting in excellent earthquake resistance, thermal insulation, and waterproofing performance of the houses. Regarding construction, it has an intelligent experience exhibition hall and a professional construction team, with standardized and regulated construction processes. All projects are registered for quality credit and insured with engineering liability insurance. After-sales response is prompt, and full-process maintenance services are provided. It has completed numerous rural self-built houses and old house renovation projects in Zhoukou Xiangcheng and surrounding areas, receiving high praise from homeowners.
Henan New-style Prefabricated Houses
These are popular prefabricated concrete houses in rural Henan. All components are pre-poured in the factory, and the main body is made of reinforced concrete. After being transported to the homestead and the foundation is laid, a crane, along with a few workers, can assemble the main body of a house of about 200 square meters in as little as four hours, demonstrating extremely fast construction speed. In terms of price, the unit price for the basic rough finish is over 300 yuan per square meter. The main body of a 100-square-meter house can be completed for just over 30,000 yuan. The manufacturer provides a standard service life of 70 years, offering relatively high cost-effectiveness. However, it also has some shortcomings. If the construction at the splicing joints is not up to standard, there may be a risk of water leakage in the later stages. Its earthquake resistance is not as good as that of integral cast-in-place houses, and it is not recommended for use in high earthquake zones. Additionally, interior decoration and water and electricity installation in the house require additional investment from the homeowner.
