For example, the vehicle-mounted mobile toilet in the parking lot of Tangcheng adopts a design with women's toilets at the front and men's toilets at the rear of the vehicle. It is equipped with sensor hand dryers, washbasins, makeup mirrors, hand sanitizer, tissues, and two independent air conditioners to regulate temperature and maintain fresh air, providing efficient service guarantees for the event.

The container toilet is transformed from a standard container, offering convenient transportation and installation, as well as reusability and mobility. The frame is made of welded steel with surface anti-corrosion treatment, and the wall panels use thermal insulation sandwich panels (such as foam color steel or rock wool materials), with recyclable and degradable building materials. Some models adopt wet microbial treatment technology, combining biochemical treatment with membrane separation to make sewage meet the standards for reclaimed water reuse, reducing environmental pollution. Its sewage treatment methods also include direct water flushing, mechanical packaging, and foam sealing, adapting to different scenario requirements.

Structural Design and Functional Configuration

The toilet body uses a welded steel frame with anti-rust primer and topcoat applied on the surface, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and fog corrosion. The wall panels are thermal insulation sandwich panels, and the sewage treatment trough is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The common size is 5950mm (length) × 3000mm (width) × 2800mm (height), and custom sizes are also available. The interior is usually divided into a toilet compartment and an equipment room:

• Toilet Compartment: Equipped with a toilet, washing fixtures, a washbasin, lighting, an exhaust fan, an air conditioner, a paper basket, a makeup mirror, a coat hook, an emergency call button, etc.;
• Equipment Room: Includes a sewage treatment unit, lighting fixtures, a distribution box, an air conditioner, a ventilation system, etc.
  Some designs use high-strength bolts for connection, eliminating the need for welding, meeting environmental and low-carbon requirements, and allowing for multiple disassemblies and reuses.

Technical Process and Energy Supply

In terms of manufacturing process, the main steel structure has grooves, and the sandwich insulation panels are installed with buckles for easy assembly and disassembly. After welding, the frame is coated with anti-corrosion paint, and the connection methods are flexible. The electrical power for the toilet compartment and equipment room can be connected to the mains or use clean energy sources such as solar and wind power to reduce energy consumption.
