How to Install Mobile Toilets in Wuzhong

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Wuzhong requires selecting the appropriate process based on the type. The installation steps for split-type and integrated toilets differ, but both follow the core logic of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'.

Installation Steps for Split-Type Mobile Toilets

  1. Positioning of the Chassis and Frame: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust the chassis to a level state using a spirit level to ensure the stability of subsequent wall installations. Chassis positioning is the foundation of the entire installation and requires strict calibration.
  2. Assembly of Walls and Roof Panels: Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips to ensure the verticality of the walls. Then install the roof panels, focusing on sealing the eaves and joints (e.g., applying waterproof glue or installing sealing strips) to prevent rainwater leakage. This step usually takes 1-2 hours and requires two people to collaborate.
  3. Connection of Internal Facilities: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks, and other facilities, and connect water and electricity pipelines. The quick connectors of modular design simplify operations, but water and electricity connections must be completed by professionals to avoid the risk of electric shock or water leakage. If connecting to the municipal sewage network, pre-embed pipelines in advance and ensure the slope meets standards; if using a septic tank, reserve a cleaning port and connect the sewage pipe.
  4. Functional Debugging: Conduct flushing tests (check water pressure and drainage speed), circuit checks (ensure lighting and ventilation equipment are functioning properly), and seal checks (focus on doors, windows, and pipeline interfaces). After debugging, fill out an installation acceptance form and record various parameters.

Installation Steps for Integrated Mobile Toilets
These toilets (e.g., container-type toilets) have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, making on-site installation simpler:

  1. Lifting and Positioning: Use a crane to lift the entire toilet to the predetermined location and adjust the feet or shims to ensure levelness.
  2. Connection of Water, Electricity, and Sewage: Connect to municipal water supply and electricity pipelines, and connect the sewage pipe (if it is a waterless or biodegradable toilet, the sewage connection can be omitted). The modular interface design shortens the connection time to within 30 minutes.
  3. Quick Debugging: Check functions such as lighting, ventilation, and flushing (if applicable). Usually, the entire installation can be completed in 2-4 hours.

Precautions for Special Scenarios
If the installation environment lacks municipal sewage conditions, a dedicated septic tank must be configured, and additional pipeline laying and odor control steps must be added; in high-altitude or cold regions, frost-resistant material toilets and insulated water tanks should be selected; on soft grounds such as beaches, the chassis foundation must be reinforced to prevent settlement.
