Policy Promotion: Wuzhong City has listed smart public toilets as a key project for "doing practical things for the people." Through scientific site selection, it took only two months to build new prefabricated public toilets. This initiative reflects the government's emphasis on people's livelihood needs, efficiently meeting the public's demand for public toilets and laying a policy foundation and construction direction for the development of smart public toilets.

Facility Provision: The prefabricated public toilets are equipped with a rich array of facilities, including heating systems, deodorization systems, induction systems, and 20 other user-friendly service facilities. The provision of these facilities significantly enhances the comfort of using the toilets, offering a more convenient and hygienic environment for users. Additionally, a third restroom is specially set up, equipped with a baby care station, children's toilets, and handrails for the disabled, fully considering the needs of special groups such as the elderly, children, and pregnant women, reflecting the humanistic care in toilet construction.

Management: Technology empowerment has improved management efficiency. Sensors in the toilets can monitor odors, humidity, and foot traffic in real-time, while smoke alarms are linked to the fire protection system. The smart public toilet management platform allows managers to stay informed about facility status in real-time. Meanwhile, all public toilets in Wuzhong City implement a "dedicated toilet for each staff member, cleaning after each use" system, with cleaning staff rotating shifts to ensure all-day cleanliness. Aromatherapy is also released to maintain fresh air. These management measures ensure the hygiene and user experience of the toilets.

Construction Achievements: As of early 2025, Wuzhong City has built a total of 24 new fixed public toilets, upgraded 20 existing ones, and currently has 159 open public toilets. In the future, Wuzhong City will continue to promote the upgrading of public toilets, gradually creating a batch of high-quality public toilets to make urban service management more caring.
