The toilet stall doors are equipped with smart indicator lights that display usage status in red and green, preventing users from mistakenly pushing open occupied stalls. Additionally, soft music is played inside the toilets to create a comfortable restroom environment, reflecting a human-centered design philosophy.

II. Comprehensive Internal Facility Configurations
The interiors of the toilets are rich in detail, featuring an integrated sink for easy user cleaning; coat hooks and barrier-free handrails to meet the needs of different groups; a fainting alarm device for emergency calls to staff, ensuring safety; and an automatic seat cover replacement system that uses infrared sensors to automatically change the seat film, preventing cross-contact. All facilities are made of stain-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, reducing maintenance costs.

III. Pilot Locations and Opening Plans
Three pilot locations have been selected in the Qingming Bridge Ancient Canal Scenic Area: the toilet at Niunong has already been put into use; the toilets at Kuatang Bridge Square and beside Qingming Bridge Noodle Restaurant are planned to be fully operational by September 15th. The pilot locations are all in high-traffic areas, balancing visitor convenience with management efficiency.

IV. Time-Segmented Opening Management
Operating hours are adjusted according to the season:

• Spring and Summer (April-October): Monday to Friday, 11:00-22:00; weekends and public holidays, 10:00-23:00.
• Autumn and Winter (November-March of the following year): Monday to Friday, 10:00-21:30; weekends and public holidays, 10:00-22:30.
  This arrangement accommodates visitors' schedules while reducing energy consumption through off-peak management.

V. Cleaning and Maintenance Guarantees
Each mobile toilet is staffed with dedicated personnel for regular cleaning, focusing on the floor, sink, and seat areas to ensure they are stain-free and odor-free. Management personnel are required to inspect the operational status of the equipment and promptly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap to ensure the long-term stable operation of the facilities.
