Wuxi Double-Body Mobile Toilet

Admin October 01, 2026

The Wuxi double-body mobile toilet is an integrated solution that combines two independent sanitary unit modules on a movable carrier, suitable for scenarios with fluctuating pedestrian traffic and limited space during events.

Structural and Functional Design

The core of the double-body mobile toilet consists of an integrated chassis and box structure. The chassis is equipped with a standard towing interface, allowing transportation by conventional towing equipment (such as trucks) to achieve its “mobile” functionality. The box is made of lightweight, high-strength composite materials and integrates toilets, water tanks, ventilation, and lighting systems inside. The two independent units share a single chassis, meeting the demand for simultaneous use by multiple people while reducing logistical complexity for single-trip transportation. The water supply system includes clean water and wastewater tanks, with their capacities directly affecting the duration of use after a single refill, making them key parameters for evaluating applicability. For example, high-traffic events require large-capacity water tanks to extend service periods.

Waste Treatment Technologies

In the Wuxi region, which is rich in water resources and emphasizes environmental protection, waste treatment technologies must be selected based on usage frequency, site conditions, and subsequent disposal paths. Common methods include:

  • Chemical Degradation: Chemical agents are added to decompose waste, suitable for short-term, low-frequency use scenarios, but requiring regular replenishment of agents and disposal of residues.
  • Biological Enzyme Decomposition: Microbial enzymes are used to accelerate the decomposition of organic matter, offering better environmental protection but requiring temperature and humidity control to maintain enzyme activity.
  • Packaging and Sealing: Waste is sealed and stored for unified transportation and treatment, suitable for sites without sewage disposal facilities, but requiring timely removal to avoid odors.

Site Analysis Before Deployment

Before deployment, multiple physical variables of the target site must be evaluated:

  • Ground Load-Bearing Capacity: Ensure that the weight of the chassis and its fully loaded state does not exceed the site's load-bearing limit to avoid structural damage.
  • Entrance and Turning Radius: Towing equipment must pass through the site entrance and complete turns, with narrow spaces potentially limiting equipment size selection.
  • Proximity to Water and Power Sources: Nearby access simplifies the layout of water and power supply systems, reducing deployment costs.
  • Wind Direction: Ventilation openings should be designed to avoid prevailing winds, preventing odor dispersion into event areas.

Rental Service System

The rental service covers the entire process, including equipment delivery, transportation and installation, maintenance and cleaning, consumable replenishment, fault response, and post-use recovery. The logistical scheduling capability of the service provider (such as equipment deployment speed) and standardized operating procedures (such as cleaning frequency and consumable replacement standards) directly impact system stability. For example, high-traffic events require increased cleaning frequency to maintain hygiene.

Climate Adaptability Design

In the plum rain and high-temperature climate of the Taihu Lake basin, the box material must possess anti-corrosion and anti-mold properties, while the internal ventilation system should optimize dehumidification efficiency. For example, using moisture-proof coatings or increasing exhaust fan power can reduce mold growth in humid environments, ensuring long-term reliability of the equipment.
