Wushan Container House Framework

Admin September 15, 2026

The Wushan container house framework takes standardized steel structures as its core, adopts modular design, and features characteristics such as rapid assembly, mobility, and structural stability. It is widely used in temporary buildings, construction site dormitories, and commercial scenarios.

I. Framework Structure and Materials

The container house framework typically uses hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel or welded weather-resistant steel (GB/T 4171) as the main load-bearing structure, while non-load-bearing components are made of Q235B/Q345B steel (GB/T 700, GB/T 1591). This material combination ensures the framework's compressive strength, wind resistance, and corrosion resistance, while also enabling modular production through standardized design. For example, corner fittings, as the only load-transfer points for stacking, must strictly avoid spot welding substitution to ensure structural stability during multi-layer stacking.

II. Modular Design and Assembly

The framework adopts modular design, with core processes including steel structure welding, wall panel prefabrication, and pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines. After most processes are completed in the factory, the components are transported to the site for rapid assembly, usually requiring only lifting into place to complete the installation. This production method significantly shortens the construction period, reduces on-site wet work, and ensures high component precision. For example, packing-box container houses can be used independently or stacked in multiple layers, suitable for construction site dormitories and office areas.

III. Functional Expansion and Customization

The framework supports functional expansion and customization of irregular shapes. For example, by arranging perforated and non-perforated boxes in a staggered manner and optimizing cantilever section designs, it can meet the needs of special scenarios such as security booths, property booths, and environmental protection public toilets. In addition, the framework can be paired with wall panel materials such as fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels and rock wool panels to achieve functions such as thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance, and the internal layout can also be adjusted according to requirements.

IV. Application Scenarios and Advantages

Container house frameworks are widely used in construction site temporary buildings, emergency housing, commercial districts, and scenic area facilities. Their advantages include:

  1. Low cost: Approximately 50% of the cost of fixed buildings, and recyclable;
  2. High flexibility: Do not occupy permanent building quotas and support rapid disassembly, assembly, and relocation;
  3. Structural stability: Through optimized mechanical design, they can withstand extreme weather conditions such as typhoons.
