Wulong Container House Installation

The installation of container houses in Wulong should be carried out according to the characteristics of different types of houses, following the corresponding installation steps and key points, as follows:

Installation of Assembled Container Panel Houses

• Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
• Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams. Fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams should be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
• Floor Installation: Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction, and cut the corners of the base plates at both ends according to the chalk lines. Make marks on the center lines of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and ensure that the joints coincide with the center lines of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks and fix the floor with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws along the chalk lines, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm.
• Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the plate joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, then lay the floor covering, expel the air, and if possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering.

Installation of Foldable Container Mobile Houses

• Preparation: Keep non-staff away from the installation area and check the stability of the steel wire ropes.
• Frame Unfolding: Lift the main frame steadily and unfold it, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
• Lifting and Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.

General Installation Precautions

• Foundation Treatment: Plan the flatness of the foundation and the pre-buried drainage pipes in advance, select appropriate lifting points to avoid later tilting or water accumulation. For long-term outdoor use scenarios, wind and earthquake resistance designs should be carried out, such as reinforcing the corners with steel frames and making concrete piers at the bottom.
• Safety Protection: During the installation process, non-professionals should not stand under the foldable container house or the crane to avoid safety accidents.
