How to Install Mobile Toilets in Wuhan
Admin September 28, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Wuhan should be carried out in accordance with the product model and site conditions, following the steps below for standardized operation:

I. Pre-installation Planning and Preparation
- Confirm the Type and Sewage Disposal Method
Select a packaged, microbial degradation, or water-flush toilet based on usage needs. For water-flush toilets, plan the sewage pipeline in advance to ensure compliance with environmental emission standards; microbial degradation toilets require space for adding microbial agents, while packaged toilets need a path for replacing collection bags. - Site Selection and Inspection
Choose a flat and solid ground (such as hardened concrete), avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, slopes, or soft muddy ground. Reserve at least 1 meter of surrounding space for easy operation and maintenance, while ensuring good ventilation, privacy, and planning access points for power (such as lighting and ventilation) and water (for water-flush toilets) in advance. - Tool and Material Preparation
Prepare tools such as a spirit level, tape measure, and wrench, as well as gaskets, anchor bolts (for hardened ground), or anti-corrosion wooden strips/concrete bricks (for non-hardened ground). After unpacking, check that all components (wall panels, roof cover, base, sanitary ware, etc.) are complete and inspect for any transportation damage.
II. Main Structure Installation
- Foundation Platform Construction (Non-hardened Ground)
Lay a rectangular platform matching the base size using anti-corrosion wooden strips or concrete bricks, ensuring the platform surface is level to avoid tilting during subsequent installation. - Base Placement and Leveling
Place the base on the platform or hardened ground, measure the diagonals and four sides with a spirit level, and adjust to complete levelness by inserting gaskets to prevent structural deformation due to uneven ground. - Wall and Panel Assembly
Fix the side panels, back panel, and base according to the instructions, gradually tightening the connectors (such as screws and clips) to avoid local overstressing and deformation; when installing the front panel and door frame, ensure the door frame is square and adjustable for easy subsequent adjustment. - Roof and Ventilation Installation
Install the top slot, ventilation louvers, and roof cover, checking the sealing at the joints of each component to prevent rainwater leakage or odor backflow.
III. Ancillary Facilities and Commissioning
- Sewage System Connection
Regularly replace the collection bags for packaged toilets; add special microbial agents and initiate the degradation process for microbial degradation toilets; connect the sewage pipeline for water-flush toilets and test the drainage smoothness to ensure no blockage or leakage. - Internal Facility Inspection
Confirm that the toilet and sink are undamaged, tighten all bolts and nuts, and clean and disinfect before putting into use.
IV. Precautions
- When moving, find the balance point of the force. Small toilets can be equipped with wheels and pushed manually, while large ones require a crane to avoid collision damage.
- After installation, check the firmness of each component, focusing on the door frame and sanitary ware connections, to avoid tilting or loosening that may affect usage safety.
Actual operation should be based on the product instructions. If electrical or pipeline modifications are involved, it is recommended to be carried out by professionals.
