Wuhan Craft Mobile Toilet
The Wuhan craft mobile toilet is a public facility solution that combines material innovation, environmental protection technology, and intelligent design to meet the mobile needs of cities.

Materials and Craftsmanship: Balancing Durability and Functionality
The body of the Wuhan craft mobile toilet is made of double-layer sandwich panels, filled with polyurethane or rock wool in the middle, utilizing the air insulation in the sandwich layer to delay heat transfer. Among them, the closed-cell rate of polyurethane exceeds 95%, reducing condensation water generation. The surface coating has anti-ultraviolet properties, adapting to outdoor environments. For structural components, trapezoidal reinforcing ribs are used at door hinges, top corners, and chassis connections to disperse stress and reduce the risk of weld cracking. The chassis is made of 3mm thick checkered steel plate, with 15-degree inclined pressure relief holes reserved at the four corners to enhance load-bearing stability. The top lifting rings are embedded with I-beam skeletons to ensure lifting safety. Rust prevention is achieved through double-layer protection of hot-dip galvanizing and epoxy sealing paint, with the hot-dip galvanized layer thickness exceeding 85 microns. The outer epoxy paint isolates acidic moisture, and key welds are additionally coated with aluminum powder-containing zinc-rich paint to extend service life.
Sewage Disposal System: Emphasizing Environmental Protection and Water Conservation
To meet the needs of different scenarios, the Wuhan craft mobile toilet offers two sewage disposal technologies:
- Vacuum Negative Pressure System: By using an air pump to create negative pressure, waste is sucked into the storage tank. A single flush requires only 0.5 liters of water, saving over 90% more water than traditional siphon-type toilets. It is suitable for scenarios with a water supply, such as city streets and commercial districts.
- Microbial Degradation Technology: For outdoor venues without a water supply, the tank is filled with a carrier containing specific bacteria strains. Organic matter in the waste is decomposed by biological enzymes, ultimately converting into a small amount of carbon dioxide and water. The storage tank requires anti-floating treatment to prevent the tank from floating due to microbial activity.
Ventilation and Intelligence: Enhancing User Experience
The ventilation system combines forced convection and natural exhaust: an axial fan is installed at the top, and louvered windows are opened at the bottom, forming an “inlet at the bottom, outlet at the top” airflow channel. The fan is triggered by a humidity sensor and automatically turns on when the internal humidity exceeds 70%RH. The exhaust duct is made of smooth-walled UPVC material to reduce odor retention. Some products also incorporate IoT technology, enabling real-time monitoring of usage status, cleaning needs, etc., for intelligent management.
Enterprise and Services: Full-Process Personalized Support
Wuhan Jintongchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a representative enterprise in this field. With the philosophy of “Golden Quality, Co-creating the Future,” it provides full-process services from scheme design to implementation, covering scenarios such as urban management, commercial activities, and livelihood projects. For example, the newly added mobile toilets on Wuhan Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street have solved the toilet problems for tourists through reasonable layout, especially improving the convenience of use for the elderly.
