Worker Mobile Toilet Air Conditioner Installation
Admin October 06, 2026
The core steps for workers to install an air conditioner in a mobile toilet include body fixation, exhaust duct connection and sealing, and power supply adaptation, while also paying attention to pre-installation preparations, power grounding, and location selection.

I. Body Fixation
The mobile air conditioner comes with wheels and telescopic legs, eliminating the need for wall drilling for fixation. During installation, select a flat surface near a window, place the unit, and adjust the telescopic legs to level it, preventing water leakage or unstable operation due to tilting. If the ground is uneven, compensate by adjusting the leg height to ensure the unit is stable.
II. Exhaust Duct Connection and Sealing
- Interface Connection: Align one end of the exhaust duct with the exhaust port on the back of the unit and secure it by rotating the clasp clockwise; connect the other end to the window sealing plate.
- Window Adaptation:
- Sliding Windows: Insert the sealing plate into the window track and fill any gaps with the provided sealing strips to prevent hot air from flowing back.
- Casement Windows: Use the matching bracket to fix the sealing plate to the window sill, ensuring the exhaust duct extends fully outside the window.
- Sealing Requirements: Keep the exhaust duct straight, avoiding bends or compression; ensure there are no gaps at the interfaces, as this would reduce cooling efficiency and cause outdoor hot air to flow back in.
III. Power Supply Adaptation
- Socket Selection: The mobile air conditioner has a power range of 1000W-2500W and requires a 16A socket with grounding protection. Avoid sharing the power strip with other high-power appliances to prevent overloading and tripping.
- Safety Check: Before turning on the unit, check that the power interface is clean, plug in the power cord firmly, and then test the device.
IV. Precautions
- Pre-installation Preparations: Turn off the power supply and prepare tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, tape, and elastic sealing strips.
- Power Grounding: According to national electrical safety regulations, the metal casing must be connected to the building's grounding system using a dedicated yellow-green grounding wire, with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω. It is strictly prohibited to connect the grounding wire to water pipes, gas pipes, the power neutral wire, or lightning rod conductors.
- Location Selection:
- Place the unit on a flat and stable surface, ensuring there are no obstructions around the exhaust port for proper ventilation and heat dissipation.
- Avoid directing the exhaust air directly at beds, sofas, or other areas where people stay for long periods to prevent discomfort.
