A wooden mobile environmental toilet is a type of mobile toilet that uses anti-corrosion wood materials and combines various environmentally friendly and practical designs, suitable for outdoor locations.

Material Characteristics

The wooden mobile environmental toilet mainly uses anti-corrosion wood materials. In addition to having anti-decay functions, this material also has three basic functions: anti-termite, anti-fungus, and anti-corrosion. It has good permeability and strong anti-leaching properties, which can effectively inhibit changes in the moisture content of treated wood, reduce the degree of wood cracking, and is very suitable for use in various outdoor climatic environments. It is particularly effective when in contact with damp soil or in hydrophilic environments, with a service life of up to 15 - 50 years or more.

Structural Design

• Roof: It often adopts a sloped design, which provides good heat insulation and is easy for drainage. The surface is generally covered with asbestos tiles.
• Walls: Made of anti-corrosion wood materials, they have moisture-proof functions and can blend well with the styles of tourist attractions and other places, meeting people's aesthetic concepts of advocating nature, returning to simplicity, and achieving a natural look.
• Base: It may have a three-layer structural design consisting of stainless steel pipes, anti-corrosion wood floors, and patterned aluminum plates. The stainless steel pipes make the base sturdy and strong; the anti-corrosion wood floors play a role in waterproofing and anti-corrosion; and the patterned aluminum plates are anti-slip and easy to clean.
• Doors and Windows: They may be custom-made from aluminum alloys, which are both durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Sanitary Ware and Odor Control

The sanitary ware can adopt an automatic induction flushing method. The flushing time and water consumption can be set through regulating valves and microcomputer controllers. It can distinguish between urine and feces for different water volumes during flushing. The water consumption for urination is ≤ 0.8L, and the automatic flushing water consumption for defecation is ≤ 3L, which is water-saving and environmentally friendly, reducing sewage discharge. At the same time, it uses the traditional built-in S-trap to seal the drain outlet, which is clean and odorless, with good sanitary effects.

The main configuration and accessories in the toilet cubicle are abundant, including high-end ceramic sanitary ware, automatic induction flush urinals for men, durable partitions, etc. It is also equipped with far-infrared electric wall heaters, mosquito-killing lamps, photocatalyst air purification and deodorization facilities, as well as daily necessities such as stainless steel clothes hooks, item racks, and dressing mirrors to meet the various needs of users.
