What Does the Floor of a Container House Look Like
There are various types of floors for container houses, commonly including Zeyu foldable container floors, cement composite floors (Bomei boards), and container fiber floors (magnesium oxide fireproof floors), each with distinct characteristics in terms of material, structure, and performance.

The Zeyu foldable container floor features a complex yet sturdy structural design. The bottom main beam is made of 63*160 galvanized square tubes, accompanied by nine 1.5-thick galvanized square tubes, and a ring of galvanized steel at the bottom for reinforcement. This structure provides high strength and stability, enabling the floor to withstand significant loads. Moreover, the 360-degree wrapping of the galvanized square tubes effectively prevents rust and corrosion, extending the floor's service life. It is suitable for container house scenarios with high load-bearing requirements and a need for durability.
The cement composite floor (Bomei board) is two centimeters thick and composed of cement and some composite materials. This type of floor is notably heavy but offers excellent moisture resistance. The cement material itself provides a certain degree of strength and stability, while the addition of composite materials further enhances its performance. In container houses where moisture resistance is crucial and there are no strict weight limitations on the floor, such as some long-term storage container houses in humid environments, cement composite floors are a good choice.
The container fiber floor (magnesium oxide fireproof floor) is made of magnesium oxide material and boasts numerous outstanding properties. It has a fire-resistant temperature of up to 1592 degrees Celsius, a compressive strength of 20 megapascals, and a thickness of 17 millimeters combined with a thermal conductivity of 0.043. Not only does it excel in fire prevention, but it also offers good sound insulation and noise reduction. The product surface is specially treated, presenting a brick-red appearance, smooth and flat, with a moisture content as low as 3%. It remains stable and does not deform in humid environments. Its core advantages include fire resistance, flame retardancy, material stability, strong corrosion resistance, and high quality. It is suitable for container houses with high requirements for fire prevention and sound insulation, such as some office or residential container houses with a high density of occupants.
