Wenzhou Standard Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

The Wenzhou standard mobile toilet is mainly composed of a box structure, a sewage discharge system, and functional accessories. When renting, it is necessary to comprehensively configure it based on factors such as the scene and climate.

I. Core Structure and Functions

  1. Box Structure: Made of metal or composite materials, it features a modular design. The modular design allows for quick disassembly, transportation, and reassembly, adapting to the temporary needs of different sites. Metal components need to be treated with anti-rust coatings to cope with Wenzhou's rainy and humid climate and avoid corrosion caused by long-term exposure.
  2. Sewage Discharge System: There are three types:
    • Water-flush Type: It relies on water flow to flush away waste, which is stored in a sewage storage tank and requires regular cleaning and transportation. It is suitable for long-term stationary projects with convenient water supply, such as construction sites.
    • Vacuum Type: It uses air pressure differences to draw waste into a collection device, saving water and having high sewage discharge efficiency. It is suitable for scenarios with a large flow of people, such as large gatherings.
    • Biodegradable Type: It decomposes solid waste through microorganisms or chemical agents, reducing dependence on water supply. It is suitable for short-term outdoor activities, such as fairs or festivals.
  3. Functional Accessories: These include auxiliary facilities such as ventilation, lighting, and hand-washing. The ventilation system can reduce odors, lighting enhances safety during nighttime use, and hand-washing equipment needs to be equipped with water-saving faucets to meet environmental protection requirements. The combination of accessories directly affects the user experience. For example, adding handrails and non-slip floors can improve elderly-friendly design.

II. Rental Configuration Recommendations

  1. Scene Matching:
    • Short-term outdoor activities (such as fairs and festivals): Prioritize lightweight biodegradable toilets to reduce dependence on water supply and sewage discharge networks.
    • Long-term stationary projects (such as construction sites): Equip with water-flush or vacuum toilets and pair them with larger sewage storage capacities to reduce the frequency of cleaning and transportation.
  2. Flow of People Calculation: Determine the number of toilet units based on peak flow of people. For example, configure 1 toilet per 50-100 people and balance the frequency of cleaning and transportation with costs. For example, venues with a daily flow of people exceeding 500 require 1-2 cleanings and transportations per day.

III. Climate Adaptability Requirements

  1. Moisture and Rust Prevention: Metal components need to use corrosion-resistant coatings, such as epoxy resin or galvanizing processes, to prevent accelerated oxidation in Wenzhou's humid environment.
  2. Wind Resistance and Fixing: During the summer typhoon season, it is necessary to strengthen fixing through ground anchors, counterweights, etc., to prevent displacement or overturning caused by strong winds.
  3. Salt Spray Protection: In coastal areas with high air salt content, regularly inspect seals (such as door and window rubber strips) and connections, and replace aging components to prevent leakage.
