Wenzhou Public Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 20, 2026

Wenzhou public mobile toilets mainly use high-strength composite materials, color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel, FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic), wooden materials, and galvanized steel structures, with specific choices depending on the usage scenario, budget, and aesthetic requirements.

High-Strength Composite Materials

High-strength composite materials are widely used in Wenzhou public mobile toilets, with core advantages of lightweight and high strength. Each unit weighs less than 200 kilograms, facilitating easy transportation and rapid deployment, especially suitable for temporary events or emergency scenarios. These materials are typically composed of a resin matrix reinforced with fibers (such as glass fibers), offering both corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, enabling them to adapt to complex outdoor environments and extend service life.

Color-Coated Steel Sheets and Stainless Steel

Color-coated steel sheets and stainless steel are common choices for mobile toilets. Color-coated steel sheets, based on galvanized steel sheets with an organic coating applied to the surface, are cost-effective and easy to process, suitable for scenarios with limited budgets or short-term use. Stainless steel, primarily types 304 or 316, offers excellent corrosion resistance, high surface finish, and ease of cleaning and maintenance, often used in high-end venues or coastal humid environments, though at a relatively higher cost.

FRP (Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic)

FRP materials, formed by compounding glass fibers with resin, possess lightweight, high strength, and chemical corrosion resistance. They offer good sealing properties to effectively prevent odor leakage and flexible modeling to meet personalized design needs. Additionally, FRP materials do not require on-site welding, ensuring high installation efficiency, suitable for scenarios with high hygiene and aesthetic requirements.

Wooden Materials

Wooden materials are mostly used in landscape-style mobile toilets, enhanced for durability through anti-corrosion treatment (such as with CCA or ACQ agents). Their natural texture blends with the surrounding environment, enhancing visual comfort, but requires regular maintenance to prevent cracking or insect damage, suitable for long-term fixed locations like parks and scenic areas.

Galvanized Steel Structures

The overall structure of eco-friendly mobile toilets typically adopts galvanized steel structures, forming a dense protective layer through hot-dip galvanizing to effectively resist corrosion. Steel structures offer strong load-bearing capacity, supporting multi-story or large toilet units, suitable for areas with high foot traffic. Meanwhile, modular design facilitates rapid assembly and disassembly, improving resource utilization.

Material Selection Basis: In practical projects, comprehensive consideration should be given to the usage scenario (such as temporary/long-term, outdoor/indoor), budget constraints, and aesthetic requirements. For example, lightweight composite materials or color-coated steel sheets are preferred for temporary events; stainless steel or FRP is recommended for high-end venues; wooden materials can be paired for landscape areas; and galvanized steel structures are relied upon to ensure stability for large facilities.
