Weinan Mobile Toilet Project
The Weinan Mobile Toilet Project is a temporary sanitation facility project designed to meet the needs of construction workers and management personnel on construction sites, with plans to set up 10 single-unit mobile toilets and an estimated construction period of 15 days.

Project Overview
The project is located in the southwest corner of the construction site at XX Road, Linwei District, Weinan City, serving approximately 500 construction workers and management personnel. The mobile toilets feature container-style steel structures, with each unit measuring 3.6 meters in length × 2.4 meters in width × 2.8 meters in height. Each toilet includes 4 independent stalls (2 for men and 2 for women), equipped with flushing systems, ventilation and deodorization devices, simple handwashing stations, and LED lighting. The design service life is 18 months, and the units can be relocated as a whole to other construction sites for reuse, aligning with resource recycling requirements.
Foundation and System Configuration
The foundation consists of C20 concrete strip foundations with a burial depth of 0.5 meters, requiring compaction by a road roller to ensure stability (compaction degree ≥ 90%). The water supply system connects to the municipal water network via DN25 PPR pipes and includes a 200-liter water storage tank to ensure water availability. The drainage system employs a three-stage septic tank for treatment, with DN110 UPVC pipes connecting to the municipal sewage network. The power supply system provides AC 220V single-phase power to meet lighting and exhaust fan requirements.
Construction Constraints and Deployment
The construction faces three major challenges:
- Site Constraints: The construction area is adjacent to a deep foundation pit operation zone, requiring careful planning of material transportation routes to avoid heavy machinery pathways.
- Environmental Requirements: Full enclosure construction and wet operations must be implemented to control dust pollution, complying with Weinan City's dust control standards.
- Tight Schedule: The project must be delivered simultaneously with the main construction project, posing high risks of overlapping operations and requiring strict coordination of construction processes.
Construction deployment is divided into three stages:
- Technical Preparation: Organize the study of the "Construction Site Environment and Hygiene Standards," complete drawing reviews and safety technical briefings, and ensure material sampling and testing comply with standards such as GB/T 18091-2015.
- Site Preparation: Level the site and erect a 15-square-meter material storage shed, set up fire-fighting equipment and hazardous material storage areas, and use a total station for positioning control piles.
- Construction Process: Proceed in the order of "site leveling → foundation construction → main body hoisting → water and electricity installation → interior decoration → commissioning and acceptance."
Resources and Construction Methods
Resources include 1 project manager, 2 construction workers, 2 electricians, totaling 11 personnel, along with equipment such as excavators and 16-ton cranes. Key construction methods cover earthwork excavation (slope ratio 1:0.5), steel bar binding (HRB400 Φ12 steel bars spaced 200mm apart), and concrete pouring (slump 180±20mm, curing period ≥ 7 days) to ensure project quality meets regulatory standards.
