Waterless Flush Mobile Toilet System

Admin October 10, 2026

The waterless flush mobile toilet system includes three main types: waterless flush toilets, waterless urinals, and toilet tent waste collectors. Their working principles and characteristics are as follows:

Waterless Flush Toilets: These employ separation and treatment technology to achieve an environmentally friendly function that allows flushing without water. The core device is a feces-urine separator that separates urine from feces through differential treatment. The urine is treated with special chemicals and converted into an odorless, light-blue flushing liquid for subsequent cleaning. The feces undergo mixing, crushing, and sterilization processes, ultimately transforming into a pulp-like fluid. The system is equipped with wall-attached jet technology for full-process automated control, enabling the treatment of excreta and self-cleaning of the equipment without manual intervention. Additionally, the system features freeze-proof design for stable operation in low-temperature environments and is equipped with an intelligent operation module that automatically adjusts the working mode based on usage frequency. It has a wide range of applications, suitable for public places such as city streets and squares, especially in areas with scarce water resources or incomplete sewage pipe networks.

Waterless Urinals: These achieve odor prevention and self-cleaning functions after urine discharge through physical or biological barrier technologies, without the need for connection to a water supply pipeline. Their technical principles include:

  • Sealing Liquid Technology: Early oil-sealing technology has been phased out due to its volatility. Modern products mostly use film gas-phase adsorption sealing technology (with a fragile inner core) or plate-type drainage sealing technology (the mainstream solution, but prone to blockage by foreign objects);
  • Mechanical Valve Technology: One-way valve technology, an upgraded version of plate-type drainage sealing, blocks odors through one-way flow design and is currently the most advanced technical solution;
  • Live Bacteria Decomposition Technology: This utilizes microorganisms to decompose organic matter in urine, achieving self-cleaning and odor removal, and belongs to a new generation of environmentally friendly technologies. Each device can save 15 to 20 tons of water annually, significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs. It is widely used in water-saving renovation projects in public places such as schools, office buildings, and shopping malls.

Toilet Tent Waste Collectors: Designed for temporary scenarios without sewage pipe networks, these achieve excreta collection and preliminary harmless treatment through mechanical structures or physical isolation. Their technical routes fall into two categories:

  • Packaging Type: Relying on foot-pedal or electrically driven mechanical devices, these use biodegradable or high-strength plastic films to wrap excreta and automatically seal them. They have a simple structure and low energy consumption, suitable for rapid deployment scenarios such as disaster relief tent areas and temporary construction sites;
  • Degradation Type: These decompose excreta into liquid and solid residues by adding microorganisms or chemicals, requiring complex reaction control and a longer treatment cycle. They are suitable for scenarios with high environmental impact requirements, such as wilderness exploration camps. The equipment boxes are mostly made of stainless steel, balancing durability and cleanliness needs. The core goal is to reduce odor diffusion, prevent mosquito breeding, and facilitate subsequent centralized treatment.
