Production of Water-Saving Mobile Toilets

Water-saving mobile toilets can be made using water storage tanks or barrels, and can also be designed with reference to the customization points of Guangzhou's water-saving mobile toilet rental models.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks

1. Basic Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the拖板 (drag plate, here assumed to be a base plate for mobility). Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station, and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top of the tank to form an open tank body. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank body, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to construct the main frame of the toilet.
2. Functional Component Installation: Cut out a rectangular doorway measuring 180 cm in height and 50 cm in width for easy access. Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow, connect a water pipe, and seal it, cutting off any excess pipe to form a drainage channel. Place the toilet bowl over the drainage outlet and secure it with glue to ensure stability and prevent leaks. 3. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side to the wooden board box to form a door, and install a door handle for easy opening and closing.

Production Using Water Storage Barrels

1. Main Body Modification: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board, secure wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase height, and cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel.
2. Wall and Roof Construction: Install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form elevated walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof, and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance water resistance.
3. Internal Facility Installation: Use foam strips to拼接 (join, here meaning assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Use a hole-opening tool to drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain.
