Water-saving Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of water-saving mobile toilets should follow the following procedures, technical points, and precautions:

Pre-installation Preparation
Site Survey and Location Selection
Select a flat area with solid soil, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation to ensure equipment is protected from flooding. Assess the power supply conditions as the water circulation treatment system relies on electricity. Additionally, consider the pedestrian flow patterns and estimated frequency of the usage location to choose an appropriate equipment model and treatment system load capacity.Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling
Depending on the size and weight of the toilet, use a concrete foundation, pre-fabricated cement slabs, or reinforced gravel ground to distribute the load and prevent uneven settlement. The ground must be thoroughly leveled to ensure full contact between the box and the ground, avoiding structural safety hazards during long-term use.Equipment Inspection and Component Verification
Before installation, verify the equipment list, focusing on checking the integrity of core components such as the water circulation treatment unit, water storage tank, toilet, pipes, wires, and control panel to rule out damage or missing parts during transportation. Also, confirm the completeness and accuracy of the installation drawings to clarify the connection relationships between components.
Main Installation and Pipe Connection
Box Positioning and Fixing
Use lifting equipment to smoothly hoist the box onto the foundation, avoiding collisions. Adjust and measure in multiple directions with a level to ensure the box is horizontal, then secure it with anchor bolts, wind-resistant straps, or other anchoring methods to prevent movement or tipping due to external forces.Water Circulation System Unit Installation
The unit should be installed in the equipment room inside the box or on a base below, ensuring stable placement. Reserve space for operation and maintenance around it and maintain ventilation to avoid affecting equipment performance due to damp or high-temperature environments.Pipe System Connection
- Inlet Pipe: Connect the external water supply pipe to the inlet valve and water storage tank, install a filter to prevent impurities from entering the system, and check the tightness of the connections to prevent leakage.
- Internal Circulation Pipes: Connect the toilet, collection tank, water circulation treatment unit, and clean water tank according to the flow diagram, ensuring the correct pipe routing to avoid cross-interference or blockage risks.
After installation, conduct system debugging to verify the water circulation function, flushing effect, and tightness to ensure stable equipment operation.
