Principle of Water-Flush Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin October 10, 2026

The principle of water-flush mobile toilet vehicles varies depending on their type, mainly divided into three types: ordinary water-flush, water-flush direct-discharge, and high-pressure air-water flush.

The principle of ordinary water-flush mobile toilets is relatively basic. Their flushing system consists of a water tank, valve, and flushing device. When the user presses the flush button, the valve opens, and water from the tank flushes the toilet bowl through preset pipes. The sewage system uses gravity or pressure to direct waste into a storage container, with some models equipped with a crushing device to break down solid waste before discharge. The water storage system includes two separate containers: a clean water tank for storing flushing water and a sewage tank for collecting waste. The capacities of both are precisely calculated to ensure the normal operation of the toilet.

The principle of water-flush direct-discharge mobile toilets is more complex. Their water supply unit pre-stores a certain amount of clean water in a storage tank for flushing after each use. After the mixture of sewage and excreta enters the treatment chamber at the bottom of the vehicle, solid substances are retained by a specific filtration device. Subsequently, biochemical treatment begins, with microbial communities in the treatment chamber metabolizing organic pollutants in the sewage as nutrients, breaking them down into water, gases, and a small amount of stable inorganic substances. The deodorization system operates independently, eliminating odor molecules through adsorption or chemical neutralization before they can diffuse. The liquid after biochemical treatment meets specific discharge standards and is directed to an independent discharge tank for storage or, in compliance with local environmental regulations, extracted by professional service vehicles and transported to a sewage treatment plant for final disposal.

High-pressure air-water flush mobile toilets employ high-pressure flushing and intelligent control technology. They flush the inner walls of the toilet bowl with high-pressure water and gas, providing strong flushing pressure and a wide range of coverage, enabling thorough cleaning with only one-fifth of the water used by ordinary water-flush toilets. The flushing control is achieved through an infrared sensor combined with a computer-based intelligent control system, requiring no manual operation during use. An emergency flush button is also provided in the toilet compartment for emergency flushing in case of toilet malfunction preventing normal flushing. Additionally, the toilet is equipped with a high-pressure air source inside, which pressurizes the water instead of using a water pump and uses a pressure regulator to control the pressure and adjust the water output. Both the toilet bowl flushing water and handwashing water utilize this pressurized water, achieving water-saving purposes.
