Water Flush Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of water-flush mobile toilets is usually relatively simple and quick, especially for products with modular designs. Here are the general installation steps and key points:

For two-toilet-cubicle luxury mobile restrooms with modular designs, the core of installation lies in module assembly. Since modular designs have pre-integrated all functional units, installation only requires accurately connecting different modules according to the design drawings or instructions. This design significantly simplifies the installation process, reduces the complexity and time cost of on-site construction, and usually allows the entire installation to be completed and put into use within a short period.
For the installation of ordinary water-flush mobile toilets or mobile commodes, the following general steps can be referred to:
- Unpacking and Inspection: Upon receiving the product, open the package immediately and carefully check the list of accessories to ensure that all accessories are complete and not missing. This is the foundation of installation. If any accessories are found to be missing, contact the supplier promptly for reissuance to avoid affecting the subsequent installation progress.
- Installing Anti-slip Pads: Accurately place the silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom. The function of anti-slip pads is to increase the friction between the toilet and the ground, preventing sliding during use and ensuring safety. During installation, ensure that the anti-slip pads fit tightly with the four corners at the bottom without any looseness.
- Assembling the Bucket Body: Align the upper and lower bucket bodies and then press down on the buckles to make them firmly latch. This step requires attention to the control of force. It is necessary to ensure that the buckles are latched tightly while avoiding damaging the bucket body due to excessive force. After assembly, check whether the connection between the upper and lower bucket bodies is tight and whether there are any gaps.
Some installations of water-flush mobile toilets also involve more complex steps. For example, when installing the toilet flange, strictly align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe before placing the toilet correctly; install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and the sprinkler head. When screwing on the water inlet hose of the toilet, ensure a tight connection without leakage; assemble the toilet sprinkler head and tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends. After assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way joint, and firmly clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way joint; finally, conduct a toilet water test to check whether all functions are normal. After the water test is okay, apply sealant for fixation. However, these steps may not be applicable to the overall installation of all water-flush mobile toilets and are for reference only.
