Water-Flush Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of water-flush mobile toilets requires scientific planning and standardized operations, mainly divided into four major steps: preliminary preparation, equipment inspection, main body installation, and system connection:

I. Preliminary Site Selection and Site Assessment
Site selection should comprehensively consider terrain, foundation stability, ease of use, and environmental harmony. The terrain should be high and flat to avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. At the same time, the natural flow of leachate or emergency drainage should be planned to prevent pollution of the surrounding environment. The foundation must be stable. For long-term placement sites, it is recommended to pour a concrete foundation or lay a sturdy bedding layer to ensure it can bear the total weight of the toilet box and during use, avoiding settlement or tilting. Ease of use and safety require the location to be close to the active population while maintaining privacy, with good ventilation and sufficient lighting, and away from dangerous sources such as open flames and high-voltage power lines. Sufficient access should be reserved for waste removal vehicles and maintenance personnel. Environmental harmony requires minimizing interference with the landscape and ecology, in line with the overall planning of the site.
II. Equipment Receipt and On-Site Inspection
Before installation, the completeness and condition of the equipment must be strictly checked. Check the supply list to confirm that components such as the toilet box, circulating water treatment system main unit, storage tank, pipes, electrical control box, and installation accessories are complete and free from transportation damage. Appearance inspection should confirm that the box structure is intact, doors and windows open and close smoothly, and internal facilities (such as toilets and sinks) are not damaged. System component inspection should focus on checking whether the appearance of core processing units such as water pumps, membrane filters, and disinfection devices is normal, and whether all connection ports are intact to ensure smooth subsequent installation.
III. Main Body Positioning and Fixing
Main body installation requires professional equipment and precise operations. Lifting and placement should use lifting equipment such as cranes, with a dedicated person directing the平稳 (steady) lifting of the box and accurate placement on the pre-prepared foundation to avoid bumps. Leveling and fixing should use a level to measure the box's levelness. If there is a deviation, anti-corrosion shims should be inserted to level it. For long-term fixed points, pre-embedded anchor bolts or special wind-resistant fixing devices should be used to firmly connect the bottom of the box to the foundation, preventing movement or overturning due to wind or external forces.
IV. Installation and Connection of the Circulating Water Treatment System
System installation should strictly follow the design drawings to ensure normal functionality. System positioning requires accurately installing the circulating water treatment system main unit inside the box or in an independent compartment, fixing it firmly and making it easy for maintenance. Pipe connection includes internal water circuits and external supply and emergency drainage ports: internally, correctly connect the water supply and return pipes between the toilets, sinks, circulating water tanks, and treatment main unit, using appropriate pipe fittings to seal and fasten the joints to prevent leakage; externally, connect the freshwater supply pipe and set up an emergency drainage port to ensure stable system operation.
