Composition Structure of Water-Flush Mobile Toilets

Admin October 10, 2026

The composition structure of water-flush mobile toilets mainly includes five parts: frame structure, exterior wall materials, interior decoration, flush toilet device, and other configurations.

The frame structure is the foundational support part of water-flush mobile toilets, typically composed of a welded steel frame. The base is welded using channel steel or I-beams to ensure the overall structural stability, enabling it to withstand a certain amount of weight and pressure. The columns are made of square steel, a design that not only meets lifting requirements but also makes the entire toilet structure more robust and durable, facilitating transportation and installation.

There is a wide variety of choices for exterior wall materials, commonly including glass curtain walls, stainless steel, color-coated steel sheets, anti-corrosion wood, aluminum-plastic panels, and metal carved panels. These materials each have their own characteristics; for example, glass curtain walls offer a modern look, stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, color-coated steel sheets are rich in color, anti-corrosion wood is natural and eco-friendly, while aluminum-plastic panels and metal carved panels combine aesthetics with practicality. Depending on different usage environments and needs, appropriate exterior wall materials can be selected.

In terms of interior decoration, water-flush mobile toilets also pay attention to details and quality. Materials such as imitation marble crystal panels, aluminum-plastic panels, PVC扣板 (PVC ceiling panels), fiberboards, and stainless steel sheets are used for wall decoration, while anti-slip tiles are chosen for the floor to ensure safety during use. The interior walls may use imitation marble bamboo-wood fiber panels, which are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean.

The flush toilet device is the core part of water-flush mobile toilets, comprising core components such as toilet seat plates, support rods, springs, levers, pulleys, and racks. These components achieve automatic flushing through a precise mechanical structure without the need for electric power, making it both energy-efficient and eco-friendly. When the user leaves the toilet, the device automatically triggers the flushing mechanism to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet.

Regarding other configurations, water-flush mobile toilets are also equipped with facilities such as air switches, enlarged exhaust fans, and human body induction lighting to enhance the user experience. The sides may be equipped with beauty mirrors and ceramic washbasins for users to tidy up their appearance and wash their hands. The toilet door is made of titanium-magnesium alloy, which is both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The exterior roof is covered with waterproof asphalt shingles to ensure the toilet's waterproof performance.
