Composition of Water-Flush Mobile Toilets

Admin October 11, 2026

The composition of water-flush mobile toilets primarily includes toilet fixtures, water tanks, flushing devices, sewage systems, water storage systems, main frames, exterior wall panels, and interior decorations.

  1. Toilet Fixtures, Water Tanks, Flushing Devices, and Sewage Systems
These are the core functional modules of water-flush mobile toilets. Toilet fixtures (such as squat toilets or sit toilets) work in conjunction with water tanks and flushing devices to flush waste into the sewage system through water flow. The sewage system uses gravity or pressure to direct waste into storage containers, with some models equipped with crushing devices to decompose solid waste before discharge, preventing pipe blockages.

  2. Flushing System
Composed of a water tank, valve, and flushing device. The water tank stores flushing water, and the valve controls the release of water flow. When the flush button is pressed, the valve opens, and water from the tank is forcefully flushed through preset pipes to thoroughly clean the toilet bowl.

  3. Water Storage System
Includes two separate containers: a freshwater tank for storing flushing water and a wastewater tank for collecting discharges. The capacities of both are precisely calculated to ensure normal operation of the toilet without external water supply for a certain period. Some models are also equipped with water level monitoring devices for easy maintenance.

  4. Main Frame
Mostly made of lightweight metal materials (such as aluminum alloy profiles), offering a high strength-to-weight ratio for easy transportation and quick installation. The frame structure is mechanically optimized to withstand transportation vibrations and long-term use loads while maintaining overall stability.

  5. Exterior Wall Panels
Selected from waterproof and weather-resistant composite materials, such as glass curtain walls, stainless steel, color-coated steel sheets, anti-corrosion wood, aluminum-plastic panels, or metal carved panels. The panel surfaces are treated for corrosion resistance, and the joints are sealed with sealing strips to ensure the waterproof performance of the overall structure, adapting to harsh outdoor environments.

  6. Interior Decoration
The floor is laid with non-slip tiles or epoxy resin coatings to prevent slipping caused by water accumulation; the interior walls are made of materials such as imitation marble crystal panels, aluminum-plastic panels, PVC扣板 (PVC ceiling panels), fiberboard, or stainless steel sheets, combining aesthetics with easy cleaning; the toilet doors are usually made of titanium-magnesium alloy, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, enhancing the user experience.
