Water-Flush Mobile Environmental Toilet Installation

Admin October 22, 2026

The installation of water-flush mobile environmental toilets requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as site selection, foundation, water supply, drainage, electricity, fixation, and insulation to ensure normal operation.

  1. Site Selection and Environmental Assessment
Choose a flat area with good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas to prevent water accumulation. Keep away from areas storing flammable and explosive materials to ensure safety. If the soil is soft, reinforce it in advance to prevent foundation settlement. Also, assess the surrounding environment to avoid interference with human activities.

  2. Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling
Pour a concrete foundation with a thickness of no less than 10 centimeters, with an area slightly larger than the bottom size of the toilet to ensure a stable foundation. The foundation surface should be kept level, which can be verified with a level gauge to avoid abnormal equipment operation due to ground inclination.

  3. Water Supply System Connection
Confirm the location of the water source and select water supply pipes made of pressure-resistant and freeze-resistant materials. The burial depth should be below the local frost line. If an external water tank is used, ensure its capacity meets the demand and regularly check its tightness. Install a valve at the connection between the water pipe and the toilet inlet for easy maintenance and check all connections for leaks.

  4. Drainage and Septic Tank Setup
Plan the sewage discharge path and ensure the drainage pipe has a slope of no less than 2% to ensure smooth drainage. Design the capacity of the septic tank reasonably according to the number of users. Place it close to the toilet but at a certain distance to avoid odor diffusion. Install an anti-odor elbow at the connection between the drainage pipe and the septic tank to prevent odor backflow.

  5. Electricity and Lighting System
If equipped with lighting, exhaust fans, or electric heating devices, arrange the electrical wiring in advance and protect the wires with pipes. Place the power outlets in dry locations and install leakage protection devices. Select waterproof lighting fixtures. If there is no mains power supply, consider a solar power supply solution to ensure normal equipment operation.

  6. Fixation and Wind Protection Measures
Install embedded parts at the bottom of the toilet and connect them to the foundation with bolts. In areas with strong winds throughout the year, use additional windproof cables for fixation. Check whether the connections of all components of the toilet are firm and whether the door panels and window frames are tightly sealed to prevent equipment damage or odor leakage due to strong winds.

  7. Insulation and Freeze Protection Treatment
In cold areas, wrap insulation materials around the water supply and drainage pipes and install an insulation layer outside the water tank inside the toilet. Empty the stored water in extreme weather. For single-layer structure toilets, attach insulation panels to the walls to prevent equipment from freezing and cracking and ensure normal use in winter.
