Discharge Methods for Mobile Toilets in Warehouses
The sewage discharge methods for mobile toilets in warehouses should be selected based on the actual conditions of the warehouse. Common methods include the following:

Conventional Water-Flush Type: Suitable for warehouse areas with a well-established sewage pipe network system and sufficient water supply. By connecting to the upper and lower water pipes and using manual or automatic induction flushing, sewage is directly discharged into the septic tank or municipal pipe network. This method offers good cleaning effects and low costs but relies on external sewage disposal facilities. It is necessary to ensure that the pipes are unobstructed and comply with environmental protection discharge standards.
Water-Storage Sewage Disposal System: Suitable for warehouses with sufficient water supply but no sewage pipe network. Waste is flushed into a storage tank by water, and when the tank is full, it needs to be manually cleaned or pumped out using a sewage suction truck. It is necessary to regularly check the tightness of the tank to prevent sewage leakage or odor diffusion. This method is suitable for short-term or low-frequency use scenarios.
Vacuum Sewage Disposal System: Utilizes negative pressure to quickly suck sewage into a storage tank. When the tank is full, it is centrally processed by a sewage suction truck. This method has high sewage disposal efficiency and low water consumption, making it suitable for warehouses with high foot traffic or strict hygiene requirements. However, the equipment costs and maintenance requirements are relatively high.
Packaging Sewage Disposal System: Excrement is sealed and packaged in biodegradable plastic bags, and when full, new bags are directly replaced. This method does not require water flushing or sewage pipes and is suitable for warehouses with water shortages or temporary use. However, it is necessary to regularly replace the packaging bags and properly dispose of the waste to prevent environmental pollution.
Foam Sealing Type: Covers excrement with foam and lubricates the pipes to reduce odors and bacterial growth. Sewage is discharged into a storage tank and then cleaned by a sewage suction truck. This method saves water and offers good hygiene conditions, making it suitable for warehouses with high environmental requirements. However, it is necessary to regularly replenish the foam liquid.
Microbial Degradation Type: Utilizes microorganisms to decompose excrement into organic fertilizer, eliminating the need for external water sources and sewage pipe networks. It is suitable for eco-friendly warehouses. It is necessary to regularly maintain the microbial environment (such as temperature and humidity) to ensure decomposition efficiency and prevent blockages or odor problems.
Recommendation: Prioritize selecting a discharge method based on the warehouse's water supply conditions, sewage disposal facilities, and usage frequency. For example, warehouses with a sewage pipe network and sufficient water supply can prioritize the conventional water-flush type; warehouses with water shortages or temporary use can consider the packaging or water-storage types. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen daily maintenance and regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the discharge system.
