Wansheng Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 11, 2026
The installation process of mobile toilets in Wansheng typically follows the core steps of 'positioning-assembly-connection-debugging'. Specific operations need to be adjusted according to the type of toilet (split-type or integrated), with the overall installation time ranging from approximately 2-4 hours to 1 day.

I. Positioning and Site Preparation
- Site Selection Principles: Determine the installation location based on site planning, prioritizing areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is soft or sloped, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or covered with steel plates to ensure the toilet remains level and stable after placement.
- Drainage Requirements: If the toilet is equipped with a septic tank or needs to be connected to municipal sewage pipes, plan the sewage discharge path in advance to prevent sewage backflow or overflow due to terrain issues.
II. Assembly Process
- Split-Type Mobile Toilets:
- Chassis Installation: Place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge to avoid tilting during subsequent wall panel installation.
- Wall Panel and Roof Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips; then install the roof panel and perform sealing treatment (e.g., applying waterproof glue or installing sealing strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Internal Equipment Installation: After completing the wall construction, install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. Pay attention to aligning equipment interfaces during this step to avoid water leakage or electrical circuit failures later.
- Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-Type Toilets):
- The factory has completed the internal decoration and equipment integration. On-site, simply use a crane to lift the entire unit to the predetermined location and then connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipes. The installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
III. Connecting Water, Electricity, and Sewage
- Water and Electricity Connections: These should be operated by professionals to connect the water inlet pipe, drainage pipe, and electrical circuit. The modular quick-connect design can significantly shorten the connection time, but ensure the sealing of the interfaces to prevent water leakage or short circuits.
- Sewage Pipes: If the toilet is of the direct discharge type, connect it to the municipal sewage pipe; if it is of the fecal storage type, regularly clean the septic tank and ensure the sewage outlet is well-sealed.
IV. Function Inspection and Debugging
- Flushing Test: Check if the toilet flushes smoothly and if the water volume meets the standard (e.g., ≤6L per flush).
- Electrical Circuit Inspection: Confirm that the lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets (if any) are powered normally without any risk of electric leakage.
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking the sealing of wall panel joints, the roof, and the sewage outlet to ensure no leakage.
Installation Standards: Must comply with the requirements of the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Specification' (GB/T 21239-2023), including structural safety, hygiene standards, and environmental performance (e.g., harmless treatment of feces).
