The building generates power through solar panels to meet operational needs and is equipped with 15 5-horsepower air conditioners. The container creative workshop is open from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Except for some themed venues that require reservations, most venues such as the table tennis room, public fitness center, and dance studio are accessible to residents at any time. Container Shipping Case at Wanan Port Area
The Wanan Port in Ji'an Port is jointly invested in by the Provincial Port Group and Wanan County. It has two 2,000-ton general-purpose berths with an annual design throughput capacity of 1.04 million tons, equipped with intelligent loading and unloading equipment and a management and control system for efficient handling of containers and bulk cargo. On December 24, 2023, the port received its first batch of container cargo. Three trucks from Jianji Mining Co., Ltd. in Suichuan County arrived at the port carrying 3 containers and over 90 tons of silicon powder, reducing local bulk cargo transportation costs by more than 20%. This case indicates that container shipping has significant cost advantages in regional logistics systems. Its standardized design enables seamless multimodal transportation, while intelligent equipment improves cargo handling efficiency and transportation safety.
