Waigaoqiao Container House
Currently, there is no specific project information directly targeting container houses in Waigaoqiao, but there are multiple land reserve, engineering construction, and supporting projects related to the container port area in Waigaoqiao that are underway.

I. Land Reserve Projects
The Waigaoqiao Inland Container Port Area is one of the major inland port areas in Shanghai. According to the plan, its total planned land area is approximately 188 hectares, including a water area of about 30 hectares and a land area of about 158 hectares. Currently, the pre-project preparation work for the land reserve projects of the second to fourth phases of the inland port area is underway, involving multiple plots. These land reserve projects aim to provide land security for the future development of the port area and may involve the construction or renovation of related facilities such as container houses.
II. Engineering Construction Projects
There are multiple engineering construction projects related to the container port area in Waigaoqiao. For example, the land reserve project for the multi-purpose wharf project in the first phase of the Waigaoqiao Inland Container Port Area has completed project approval and is currently undergoing land acquisition. In addition, there are projects such as the new rainwater pumping station project in the Waigaoqiao Logistics Park. Although these projects do not directly involve the construction of container houses, they provide important support for the overall operation and supporting services of the port area.
III. Supporting Projects and Procurement
In the operation of the Waigaoqiao Port Area, there are also multiple supporting projects and procurement activities. For example, the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Area Customs carried out a procurement project for a large-scale container (vehicle) inspection system, which helps improve the efficiency of cargo inspection and customs clearance in the port area. Although these projects do not directly involve the construction of container houses, they provide necessary technical and equipment support for the modern operation of the port area.
