Seres in-vehicle toilet: On April 10, the National Intellectual Property Administration approved Seres' utility model patent for an 'in-vehicle toilet and vehicle'. It adopts a slide-rail design, usually hidden beneath the driver and passenger seats, not occupying interior space or compromising interior aesthetics. It can be pulled out with one button when in use and pushed back into place afterward. It is equipped with a 5L sealed waste collection tank, a negative-pressure odor removal system, constant-temperature heating, disposable toilet bags, and a foldable privacy curtain. Its design初衷 (original intention) is tailored to the characteristics of new energy vehicles, which have long ranges and are suitable for long-distance self-driving, addressing users' toilet needs during long trips and highway traffic jams. However, it is not the first of its kind in the industry; Jishi Auto launched an in-vehicle toilet accessory in 2024. Nevertheless, Seres' patent embodies a 'systems thinking' approach, integrating the toilet as part of the vehicle's structure.
Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle: The chassis is a Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI model, with an engine power of 257kw, exceeding the 220KW specified in the bidding documents. It features radial steel-belted tires and a dual-door integrated cab. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, meeting national standards for rust resistance and fatigue resistance. The vehicle can simultaneously meet the sanitary and toilet needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals. The roof is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. All openings and load-bearing points have embedded parts to support the vehicle's weight, and all gaps are filled with silicone for a smooth and even finish. It is also equipped with a silent generator, air conditioning, an electric exhaust fan, independent lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities. The squat toilet is a vacuum suction type made of 316 stainless steel, with 2 sit-down toilets, a sink, and other auxiliary facilities. There are three water tanks in total, and a comprehensive control cabinet inside the vehicle, with warning lights on the roof and rear.
In-vehicle integrated mobile restroom: There are multiple brands to choose from, such as Kelaiya and Changjiu Environmental Protection, with types including mobile toilets, in-vehicle toilets, and eco-friendly toilets. The materials include stainless steel, steel structures, and metals, and they are used as mobile toilets and outdoor toilets.
