Introduction to Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet Vehicles
Vehicle-mounted mobile toilet vehicles are movable sanitation facility vehicles that can meet toilet needs in various scenarios, available in multiple types and designs.

Taking the Sinotruk Howo model as an example, one type uses the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, exceeding the 220KW specified in the bidding documents. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plate, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties meeting national standards. The carriage wall adopts an integral frame structure with a skeleton and polyurethane filling, capable of simultaneously meeting the sanitation needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals. The carriage roof is made of non-slip patterned aluminum plate, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. There are embedded parts for each opening and load-bearing, with silicone-filled gaps, and a ladder for climbing onto the roof is installed. In terms of facilities, there is a silent generator that can be fueled by the chassis fuel tank; each men's and women's area has a 1.5P air conditioner, and the sanitation area has an electric exhaust fan at the top. The sanitation compartments are separated by honeycomb aluminum, with each compartment equipped with an exhaust fan, independent lighting, a coat hook, etc. There are 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, 2 sit-down toilets with a vacuum pump power greater than 2KW, 2 sets of sinks and auxiliary facilities, and three water tanks. There is an overall control cabinet inside the carriage, and warning lights are installed on the roof and tail.
Another type of Sinotruk Howo toilet vehicle has a carriage body that adopts a box-type large panel bonding structure, with the surface bonded with aluminum alloy plates and the interlayer filled with in-situ foaming. The insulation layer is uniformly thick and fully filled, with anti-aging and anti-corrosion capabilities. The fireproof performance meets regulations, and the entire vehicle is waterproofed. The vehicle is designed with independent compartments and auxiliary facilities such as independent lighting. The floor is made of aluminum patterned plate + toilet non-slip waterproof mat. The entire vehicle is painted using standard spraying, or it can be sprayed according to user requirements. The power distribution system is richly configured, and the toilet system uses a ship-to-ship packaged toilet, suitable for waterless and powerless locations. A vacuum toilet system can be optionally installed, and the water system is made of stainless steel. Each zone is equipped with a combined sink cabinet.
In addition, the Jishi 01 modifies the central storage box into a vehicle-mounted toilet. Simply remove the toilet seat, place a disposable plastic bag, and add deodorizing gel. This is a special emergency function. Its official positioning is a mid-to-large-sized off-road SUV equipped with many outdoor camping accessories.
