Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet
Taking the Howo mobile toilet vehicle for logistical support as an example, the vehicle-mounted mobile toilet has the following features:

I. Chassis and Power System
This model uses the Howo 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kW, significantly exceeding the 220kW required in the bidding documents, ensuring ample power reserves. It is equipped with radial steel-belted tires to enhance driving stability and wear resistance; the double-door integrated cab optimizes operational space, facilitating easy access for personnel and equipment maintenance.
II. Compartment Structure and Functional Zoning
The main body of the compartment is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, accommodating up to 8 people simultaneously, with strictly separated male and female areas. Inside, it is equipped with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit-down toilets, with a vacuum pump power exceeding 2kW to ensure efficient waste disposal. The toilet compartments feature honeycomb aluminum partitions, balancing privacy and ventilation needs, with each compartment independently equipped with lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities to enhance convenience.
III. Environmental Control and Auxiliary Facilities
The compartment roof is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, combining durability with aesthetics. A roof ladder is provided for easy maintenance of top-mounted equipment. For environmental control, each male and female area is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, and the toilet area has an electric exhaust fan on the roof, with each compartment having its own exhaust fan, forming a three-dimensional ventilation system. The handwashing area is equipped with 2 sinks, each with an independent faucet, half-length mirror, hand soap, and paper towel holder to meet hygiene needs.
IV. Water Tank and Power Supply System
The vehicle is equipped with a three-tank design, with a gray water tank capacity of 500L, meeting long-term usage demands. The power supply system uses a silent generator to reduce operational noise, suitable for scenarios with high environmental requirements. The compartment integrates a main control cabinet for centralized equipment management and fault monitoring.
V. Customization and Brand Options
Mobile toilet vehicles support customization according to needs, with brands including Howo, Chengliwei, Dongfeng, Jinlv, etc., and models including van-type vehicles. Configurations can be adjusted based on usage scenarios (such as tourist attractions, construction sites, emergency rescue), flexibly adapting to different needs.
