• Chassis and Power: It adopts the Heavy-duty Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW specified in the bidding documents. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab.
• Upper Structure and Frame: The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards. The wall is an integral frame structure with a skeleton and polyurethane filling. The carriage can meet the sanitary needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals. The top of the carriage is paved with non-slip patterned aluminum plates. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, with embedded parts for all openings and load-bearing parts, and the gaps are filled with silicone for a smooth and full finish.
• Facilities and Equipment: It is equipped with a roof ladder for easy equipment maintenance. The generator is a silent type and can be fueled through the chassis fuel tank, with power consumption not exceeding 90% of the rated power. Each of the men's and women's areas is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner. The top of the sanitary area and the compartments are installed with electric exhaust fans, and each compartment has an independent lighting lamp, clothes hook, etc. There are 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, and 2 sit toilets, with a vacuum pump power greater than 2KW. • Size Specifications: It comes in mini single-toilet models, 20-foot standard models, 40-foot extended models, and non-standard custom models. It can be customized in size and combined by splicing according to site requirements, with a maximum of 2 floors for compliant temporary buildings.
• Mandatory Compliance Standards and Core Requirements: The main structure is a Q235B hot-rolled steel frame with overall hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment. The enclosure material is a 50-100mm thick color-steel sandwich panel with A-grade fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool core material. In terms of waterproofing and anti-seepage, the box has a waterproof rating of IP65, and the sewage tank has a 24-hour leakage rate of ≤0.1%. Regarding load-bearing capacity, the ground bearing capacity is ≥2.0kN/㎡, and the roof live load is ≥0.5kN/㎡. In terms of performance, it can withstand wind speeds of 8-10 levels and earthquakes of 6-8 levels. The service life is 10-15 years for regular models and can reach 20 years with proper maintenance.
