Urban Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet
Urban environmental protection mobile toilets are public sanitation facilities designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies, featuring durable materials, diverse treatment methods, efficient water conservation, comprehensive configurations, and wide applications.

Materials and Design: The frame is welded using national standard steel, with surfaces covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, offering a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to needs, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels, adapting to the aesthetic and functional requirements of different environments.
Sewage Treatment Methods: These include water-flush and waterless suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry packing types. The circulating water-flush type uses intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, adding biological strains and employing biofilm technology to accelerate the decomposition of feces, with the treated water recycled for flushing. The dry packing type has no water-flush mechanism, with excreta collected by biodegradable plastic bags, automatically replaced after use, and collected centrally for treatment. Additionally, there are foam sealing types, packing types, water-saving flush types, waterless rechargeable types, microbial types, and other technologies to meet environmental protection needs in different scenarios.
Water-saving Effect: By automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents, a flushing effect of only 0.46 liters per person is achieved. The intelligent water-saving ecological environmental protection toilet further optimizes this by automatically collecting urine and hand-washing water and adding water-saving special agents to achieve the same level of water conservation.
Internal Configuration: It includes an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system, with the urine channel utilizing gravity flow and the feces channel cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard. Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, paper baskets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators; optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, anti-freeze systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, water-saving faucets, etc., enhancing user comfort.
Application Scenarios: Suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, new residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, covering public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas.
Development History: Mobile toilets emerged during the third toilet revolution (from the 1990s to the end of the 20th century), initially made of wood and later developed to use materials such as fiberglass and polyethylene. Since 2012, they have gradually evolved to form technical routes such as waterless flush types, foam sealing types, and water-flush types, covering细分 (sub-categories) such as antique styles, temporary construction site types, and ship-mounted types, supporting vehicle-mounted and traditional toilet renovations.
Product Forms: Expanded to trailer types, box-type substation cabinet types, stainless steel booth types, etc. For example, there are micro-intelligent toilets measuring 1.15 meters wide and 2.45 meters high, equipped with air conditioners for warmth in winter and coolness in summer, fresh air systems, intelligent lighting, intelligent disinfection, and intelligent sensor flushing systems.
