Unmanned Self-Service Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

Currently, unmanned self-service mobile toilets mainly come in two typical forms: intelligent toilet-using robots and 5G smart public toilet products, with a wide price range due to differences in technological configurations.

Intelligent toilet-using robots represent an innovative form of unmanned self-service mobile toilets, exemplified by the "Xiaoban" launched by Yueban in 2026. Its core functions are realized through AI chips, laser radars, and multiple sensors: Autonomous mobility enables precise alignment with toilets or squat toilets, adapting to various usage scenarios; Non-visual obstacle avoidance technology utilizes the collaboration between laser radars and sensors to avoid the failure issues of traditional visual solutions in low-light or obstructed environments; Full-chain odor isolation system blocks the spread of odors from the source, combined with warm water cleaning and warm air drying functions to enhance toilet comfort. This product is positioned for high-end elderly care or medical scenarios, with an official price of 28,999 yuan, primarily targeting user groups with high demands for intelligence and accessibility.

5G smart public toilet products, on the other hand, focus on environmental protection and adaptability in public scenarios. Taking the models displayed by companies like Zhongyunhui in 2026 as examples, they employ microbial degradation technology, which decomposes excreta through specific microbial communities, achieving an ecological closed loop of "no water flushing, no odor, and no pollution". This technology breaks free from the dependence of traditional mobile toilets on water sources and sewage pipelines and can operate stably in -20°C high-altitude and hypoxic environments. Currently, it has covered more than 500 public toilets in 14 provinces and is suitable for temporary or remote locations such as scenic spots and construction sites. The prices of such products vary depending on the configuration. The price range for ordinary environmentally friendly smart models is from 5,200 yuan to 6,899 yuan, with some simple models as low as 119 yuan, while high-end microbial degradation ecological toilets can reach 5,900 yuan.

Technological differences lead to significant price differentiation: Intelligent toilet-using robots are priced much higher than traditional mobile toilets due to the integration of high-cost hardware such as AI and laser radars; 5G smart public toilet products balance environmental protection needs and costs through microbial degradation technology, with prices closer to the mass market. In the future, with the iteration of technologies such as improved sensor accuracy and optimized microbial communities, the intelligence and environmental protection performance of unmanned self-service mobile toilets will be further enhanced, and their application scenarios will expand from specific fields to broader areas such as urban public spaces and rural tourism.
