Ulanqab Cement Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 19, 2026

Ulanqab cement prefabricated houses mainly include four types: split-assembly cement houses, prefabricated cement guesthouses, prefabricated cement temporary buildings, and cement movable houses, each with its own characteristics and application scenarios.

Split-assembly cement houses are constructed using factory-prefabricated components assembled on-site. Their core materials are cement-based components, offering durability and stability. Especially tailored to Ulanqab's climate with low winter temperatures and strong winds, the design can incorporate insulation layers and enhance structural wind resistance. The construction process includes design planning, factory production, transportation, on-site lifting and connection, joint treatment, and interior and exterior decoration. Factory production ensures stable quality, short on-site construction periods, and reduced continuous interference with the surrounding environment.

Prefabricated cement guesthouses feature standardized modules, with major structural components (such as walls, floors, and roofs) prefabricated in the factory and then quickly assembled on-site. The main materials are high-strength, weather-resistant concrete components, reducing on-site wet work, shortening construction periods, and minimizing damage to the original soil and vegetation. The design concept emphasizes the integration of space and landscape, introducing natural scenery through large windows, combined with the thermal inertia of cement components and insulation layer design, to stabilize indoor temperatures, reduce energy consumption, and create an aesthetic resonance with the local natural landscape.

Prefabricated cement temporary buildings are suitable for short-term needs such as temporary offices and warehousing. The materials are reinforced to enhance overall stability, with walls using cement prefabricated panels with insulation properties. The construction process includes foundation treatment, main structure installation, joint connection and sealing, interior and exterior decoration, and equipment installation. It features fast construction speed, strong adaptability, durable components capable of withstanding external impacts, and flexible adjustment of spatial layout and dimensions according to needs.

Cement movable houses have a steel structure as the main frame, with enclosure walls and roofs made of cement-based composite prefabricated panels (such as a combination of steel bars, lightweight aggregates, and cement-based materials). Their advantages lie in factory production ensuring controllable quality, uniform panel specifications with high precision, fast construction speed, and mobility for repeated assembly. They excel in energy efficiency, with prefabricated wall panels and roof panels containing multi-layer structures or lightweight insulation materials (such as polystyrene boards, rock wool, and foamed cement layers) to effectively block heat transfer; factory-prefabricated components with precise dimensions and good joint sealing reduce heat loss from air infiltration; and the strong heat storage capacity of cement-based materials delays indoor temperature changes, achieving high energy efficiency.
