Two-Story Container House Production
The production process of a two-story container house mainly includes four key steps: material preparation, structural construction, prefabrication and installation, and thermal insulation treatment.

Material preparation is the foundational step in production. The containers used in production undergo special treatment, with additional crossbeams added inside to enhance structural stability. Simultaneously, to facilitate subsequent lifting and transportation, the bottom and one side of the containers are cut away. This step ensures flexibility and safety during subsequent processing and assembly.
Structural construction is the core step in the production of a two-story container house. The house consists of two floors, with the lower floor typically formed by connecting two containers. Horizontal steel beams are added to the bottom of the containers as load-bearing beams and supports to ensure the overall stability of the house. The top is reinforced with super-strong adhesive to bond the gaps in the middle, and three layers of adhesive are applied repeatedly to prevent rain leakage and water seepage. Precise operation in this step is crucial for ensuring the sealing and durability of the house.
The prefabrication and installation step reflects the convenience and efficiency of container house production. Manufacturers pre-make openings for windows, doors, etc., on the containers in advance. During installation, the containers are simply stacked and placed like building blocks. This prefabricated production method significantly shortens on-site construction time, with completion possible in as little as three to five days or up to a week. For example, a 40-foot container house produced by Guangzhou Jinge Company can be formed by connecting three containers, resulting in a house measuring 11.8m6.75m2.8m with a usable area of 80 square meters, and can be assembled by four people in eight hours.
Thermal insulation treatment is a measure taken to address the poor thermal insulation performance of container houses in winter. A 10cm-thick polyurethane insulation board (extra-hard foam board) is added to the exterior walls, which not only provides good thermal insulation but also has fire-resistant properties. During manufacturing, fire-resistant raw materials are also added to prevent fires, ensuring the safety and comfort of the house. Additionally, the two-story container houses produced by Guangzhou Jinge Integrated Housing can be installed on-site in half a day and have a high-end appearance, meeting the diverse needs of modern people for living environments.
