Turpan Color Steel Mobile Toilet

Admin September 28, 2026

The Turpan color steel mobile toilet is a product combining industrial manufacturing, material science, environmental protection technology, and systems engineering, featuring adaptability to extreme climates, environmental protection, energy efficiency, and modular design.

Material Characteristics and Process: The core material of the color steel mobile toilet is color steel, a metal composite material with an organic coating on the surface of the base plate. The base plate is made of galvanized steel sheet or aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy, and the coating is mostly polyester, silicone-modified polyester, or fluorocarbon resin, combining metal strength with corrosion resistance, suitable for Xinjiang's climate with large temperature differences between day and night, strong ultraviolet rays, and frequent sandstorms. During production, the color steel sheets are cut by a CNC shearing machine and then bent into columns, wall panels, and other components through cold-forming technology. Cold-forming technology uses multiple passes of rolling to plastically deform the metal, consuming less energy than hot rolling while maintaining the integrity of the coating. Component connections use self-tapping screws and riveting, avoiding welding that could damage the coating and giving the product disassemblable and movable properties.

Environmental Protection and Sustainability: This toilet separates sanitary facilities from land ownership, enabling recycling and reducing construction waste. It integrates microbial degradation or membrane separation technology inside, converting excreta into safely discharged liquids and a small amount of solid residues, some of which can be treated and used as soil improvement materials after processing. The resin material of the color steel coating extends its service life through formula optimization, reducing replacement frequency; the steel main structure can be completely recycled and melted down, and the organic coating is treated by high-temperature pyrolysis, with higher energy recovery efficiency than landfilling.

Installation and Adaptability: Before installation, the foundation treatment needs to be adjusted according to geological conditions. For sandy soil, a combination of a concrete base and ground anchors is used, while for permafrost zones, the foundation depth is increased. The splicing of color steel sheets uses hidden fastening technology, with wall panels connected through internal slots and external seams sealed with weatherstripping for waterproofing. The roof panels are designed with a slight curve to improve load-bearing capacity and divert rain and snow. The internal piping system adopts a split design, with sewage, ventilation, and water supply pipes prefabricated into independent modules in the factory and connected on-site with interfaces made of high-density polyethylene to prevent leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Water Conservation and Waste Treatment: The flushing system uses air pressure assistance to reduce water consumption, and the sink is equipped with an inductive flow-limiting device, controlling single-use water consumption to within 0.5 liters. Some models collect sink wastewater for secondary flushing, forming an internal water circulation and reducing water consumption by about 70% compared to traditional toilets. Waste treatment combines biological degradation with physical separation, with a solid-liquid separation device directing waste into different treatment zones. The solid part is accelerated in decomposition by microbial agents, and the liquid part is filtered through multiple stages for non-potable use, reducing the frequency of emptying.
