1. Chassis and Upper Structure: The chassis adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, which has stable and reliable performance and can adapt to different road conditions. The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, ensuring the sturdiness and durability of the vehicle body.
2. Internal Layout: The vehicle body can meet the toilet needs of 8 people simultaneously, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals. This reasonable space planning improves the usage efficiency.
3. Materials and Workmanship: The top of the vehicle body is paved with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. All openings and load-bearing parts have embedded parts to meet the load-bearing requirements of the vehicle body. All gaps are coated with silicone, filled flat and full. These designs and workmanship ensure the quality and airtightness of the vehicle body.
4. Facility Equipment: It is equipped with a ladder for easy access to the top for equipment maintenance. The generator is a silent one, which can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. One 1.5P air conditioner is installed in each of the men's and women's areas to provide a comfortable toilet environment. Electric exhaust fans are installed on the top of the toilet areas. The toilet areas are separated by honeycomb aluminum partitions, and each compartment is equipped with an exhaust fan to ensure air circulation. Each compartment has an independent lighting lamp, a coat hook, and other facilities. There are 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, and 2 sit-down toilets. There are 2 sets of sinks with 2 independent faucets each. The sink areas are equipped with half-length mirrors, hand soap, and tissue boxes.
5. Water Tanks and Control System: The vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank of 500L. There is a general control cabinet inside the vehicle body, which includes a voltmeter, an ammeter, insulation, sensors, indicator lights, sockets, and a sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW for easy sewage discharge. Warning lights are installed on the roof and at the rear of the vehicle.
