Fixed Public Toilet Construction
Wendeng District takes the rural "toilet revolution" as a starting point to promote the improvement of rural living environments and vigorously constructs public toilets in rural areas. As of the time of the relevant report, 118 public toilets have been built in 114 villages with more than 300 households. These public toilets are divided into two types: prefabricated public toilets and traditional building toilets, with 21 prefabricated public toilets and 97 traditional building toilets.
In terms of construction standards, the public toilets adopt a brick-concrete structure and use anti-seismic facilities such as ring beams and structural columns to enhance their stability and safety. The wall design focuses on harmonious integration with the surrounding existing residential buildings, allowing the public toilets to naturally blend into the rural environment without appearing out of place.
Regarding the provision of service facilities, the public toilets fully consider the usage needs of villagers and are equipped with humanized service facilities such as management rooms, third toilets, and barrier-free access. The management rooms can be used to store cleaning tools and other items, facilitating the daily management and maintenance of the public toilets. The third toilets provide independent and private spaces for special groups such as mothers and babies and people with disabilities. The barrier-free access makes it convenient for villagers with mobility impairments to enter and exit the public toilets. In addition, 40 rural toilet renovation village-level service stations have been built to further improve the overall level of rural toilet services and provide a more convenient environment for villagers' activities.
Mobile Toilet Rental Services
Wendeng District has launched mobile toilet rental services to meet the toilet needs in different scenarios. The rental services cover various scenarios such as marathons, concerts, music festivals, and construction sites. According to the characteristics and needs of different scenarios, various types of mobile toilets are provided, such as vehicle-mounted mobile toilets and classic practical mobile toilets. These mobile toilets have the advantages of high flexibility, easy installation, and disassembly, and can quickly respond to the temporary toilet needs in different scenarios, providing strong guarantees for the smooth progress of activities and the normal construction of construction sites.
